Hired on Thumbtack

Jaeger and his team served as videographers for our recent wedding. We could not be more pleased with the work he did and his superior customer service. From our initial planning meeting, Jaeger was positive, full of ideas, professional, and prompt. We did not personally know Jaeger when we found him on Thumbtack app, but quickly realized he would be an asset to our wedding plan. Prior to the event, Jaeger helped us plan the day to best capture the moments we wished. He looked up the wedding site and our home to gauge the best equipment and strategies to use to capture our special day. On the day of the event, he showed up early with his team and equipment to do a walk around and set up. Both Jaeger and his team were energetic, were always pleasant and easy to work with, and professional. He and our photographer worked well together to capture our day. In all of our footage the sound and picture quality was excellent. We also loved the use of the drone and the additional dimension it added to capturing our main venue and the “getting ready” coverage at our home. After Jaeger prepared the initial video, he was extremely easy to work with to add additional moments we wanted to include. He didn’t try to upcharge us and took great care to work the additional footage into our final video. He neatly packaged all versions and the raw footage for us. In closing, we could not be more pleased with our end product and the whole planning process with Jaeger. He produced a lasting memory that we have already viewed many times and were proud to send to relatives and friends to enjoy. Some of our relatives are out-of-country and said they felt as if they were right there with us. We highly recommend Jaeger Libra-Hinman as a videographer for your special event.

Jaeger is an incredible creative. Most videographers are one trick pony's, but Jaeger does it all. Videography, Editing, Scriptwriting, the list goes on and on. The videos he has filmed with me and the editing he has done for me is without a doubt, some of the best content to date. He responds to corresspondance quickly and is always more than willing to find time to make a call. Jaeger gets it done.

As a growing videographer, I aim to have more competitive and affordable pricing for my clients while still offering industry standard quality videos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new clients is one of my favorite parts of the job! Typically, we get in contact with each other through either a phone call, or zoom. From there we discuss the event they need filmed, and create a game plan best suited for their needs!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I am going to college for a BA in Media production. Additionally, I have been mentored in the industry for some time by many different Video Production companies such as Inspired Light Films, Shaps Creative, and Viewport Productions.
