Isaiah is PHENOMENAL! I've had 6 sessions in the last month and I see the results, not only physically, but mentally too -- I am thinner and stronger, have more willpower to keep going, and feel more comfortable in the gym. Isaiah's training sessions are the keystone habit to good health and overall wellbeing. Since working out consistently with Isaiah, I've had more willpower to eat better, workout on my own more, and make sure I stay focused to achieve my goals. He is incredibly inspirational, friendly, nice, timely, knowledgeable, makes you feel great about yourself, and knows how to keep improving and challenging you! He's a great trainer and person!
