I am unique in that I want to win the job. I’m always willing to talk about costs, in order to help meet up with a customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is different with each new customer. Everyone has specific goals for their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to over 20 years of on the job experience, I have a bachelor’s degree in human services. This helps me communicate clearly with customers of all sorts.
