I cannot say enough good things about All Bright. I had never used a home cleaning service before, and now I will probably never use anyone else! I had a moderate mold problem in my apartment after a wet winter. I know black mold can be tricky to deal with, because many cleaning services won't address it for health reasons. I emailed All Bright (through Thumbtack) and the owner, Misty, wrote me back immediately. We ended up emailing back and forth a handful of times over the course of the day -- she was always amazingly prompt in responding -- and I actually attached photos of the problem mold spots in my apartment. Misty was very knowledgeable and reassuring, and we set up an appointment. I was not expecting such amazing, personal customer service from a business that serves the entire state of Washington! Flash forward two weeks, and Misty and one of her employees, Aaron, showed up (early!) and got straight to business. I left a key with her and left, and when I came back that night it was like coming to a brand new apartment. Not a speck of mold or dust anywhere, and I am almost loathe to use my bathroom and kitchen for fear of getting them dirty again! One last, crucial thing -- my invoice arrived the next morning and was exactly the amount quoted to me from the beginning. An extremely reasonable amount, I might add. I really respect All Bright's core value that anyone should be able to afford cleaning services. Long story short -- the next time you need a home cleaning service, you should definitely go with All Bright. You will not be disappointed.
