We price based on your home size, the level of cleaning needed (standard/recurring, deep, move-in/out, post-construction), and current condition. We’ll ask a few quick questions and send a clear estimate — no hidden fees. Recurring cleanings (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) are typically priced better than one-time visits. If there’s something specific you want prioritized, we’ll confirm it in writing before the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - You message us with basic details (beds/baths, service type, preferred date). 2 - We confirm scope + any priority areas (what matters most to you). 3 - We send an estimate and schedule options. 4 - You get a confirmation message (time window, address, access, pets/parking). 5 - We clean using a checklist + your notes. 6 - After the visit, we do a quick check-in to make sure everything looks right.

Our team is trained to follow detailed checklists, protect surfaces, and clean efficiently without rushing results. We focus on safe product use, high-touch disinfection, and consistent standards from visit to visit. We also adapt to each home’s preferences (shoes off, product sensitivity, special care areas).
