I really needed a cleaning service that delivered my expectations and that were fair in price, I wasn't sure who to hire for all the things I read about other companies. I was considering Merry Maids but their reviews were so bad, I called Clean and Simple for an estimate, left voice mails but they never returned my calls... so I kept researching and found this company with good reviews, I decided to try them out; I called to set up a one time cleaning about a week in advance, the owner was very friendly and attentive. we booked the service for 8 am and they arrived exactly on time! 2 hardworking, friendly girls worked for 3 1/2 hours and they had my entire home looking spotless! There were a few things I would have perhaps liked them to clean that were overlooked (like the top of the fridge). But, I can accept that no one will ever clean my home the exact same way that I would, Overall I am very satisfied with the services I received from Queen Bee Cleaning. Their rates are also very reasonable. I believe it was about $30/Hr less than Merry Maids and The Maids in Everett had quoted me. I highly recommend and will be calling them again next time I have a company coming over!

Every time Queen Bee cleans our house I'm surprised at how much they do. The first time I used them, in addition to cleaning everything top to bottom, literally, they also dumped every trash can, emptied the baby diaper genie, and even folded all the toilet paper rolls into little triangles just like in a hotel. This time, they did all that again, and surprised me by washing all the pots and pans I hadn't gotten to, by hand, and changing the sheets on my bed that I'd been procrastinating on. They make it possible for me to focus less on cleaning my home every day, for hours after work (it literally never ends if I do it myself), and instead I can focus more on my kids, and play with my 4 year old and new baby. Prior to that, I spent every day telling my son repeatedly why I couldn't play legos, or hide and seek, because I just couldn't get all the housework done. Thank god for Queen Bee!!!

We are UNCOMPLICATED! We charge a flat fee for every type of cleaning based on the amount of bedrooms and baths, we offer extras if needed, and you see upfront how much you will pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty straight forward, we just need to know the amount of bedrooms and baths, and I provide them with a flat quote, no need to do in home estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! We are active members of ARCSI (Accredited Residential Cleaning Service International), We are constantly training and attending safety training finding new environmental and safe methods of cleaning.
