Jason and Joe are not you're average real estate agents. After being referred to them by a friend we were extremely pleased to find that they were every bit as friendly, hard working and talented as we had been told. They went above and beyond to help us find a house we loved and did not stop until we got that house. Our offer was outbid but through Joe and Jason's efforts the seller accepted our offer instead and we are now the proud owners of our first home! These guys are excellent at what they do!

Joe and Jason are true professionals. If you want to sell or buy your home, their team approach can not be beat. I recently purchased a condo and was very impressed with the excellent customer service they provided. They found me the condo I wanted, in the area I wanted, at a price I could afford.

The Madrona Group, Joe Kiser and Jason Fox, of John L. Scott Real Estate were amazing to work with! We decided to sell our Lynnwood home in order to build our retirement dream home near Leavenworth. It was a huge decision for us. Joe and Jason put us at ease. They worked hard at marketing our house with a beautiful write up, professional photos, video walk through, complete social media marketing, and an open house. 3 days after it went on the market we had an offer that was $25,000 over asking price. They advised us not to accept it and explained why in a manner that was easy to understand. The next day a bidding war ensued and we ended up getting $90,000 over asking! We put our trust in Joe and Jason and it paid off big time!!! This is going to help so much in setting us up for retirement and our golden years. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work and expertise.

We are master negotiators and work tirelessly to ensure that our client gets the best deal possible. Whether it is getting the highest possible price when selling of your home, or getting the lowest possible price when buying a home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is sit down with each new client and get to know them and find out what their needs are and what is most important to them. We also like them to get to know us and how we like to work best for our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe Kiser has his Managing Brokers License. Both Joe and Jason are licensed REALTORS. We are both Certified Buyer Representation Specialists, Certified Seller Marketing Specialists, and are President Elite award winners.
