- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we offer multiple packages, we are willing to work with each client on a case-by-case basis to get them exactly what they need. If you can provide us with details for your event, we'll gladly send you a price quote. We offer a variety of services in order to cater to all our customers needs, and we understand that not one price fits all. So let's first figure out exactly what is needed to make your vision a reality, and then we'll discuss pricing :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our quoted price includes consultation meetings and venue tours. Prior to your event, we would like to meet either in person or over the phone to be briefed on the event and take note of any special requests, and we like to tour the venue prior to the event to ensure a smooth and seamless setup without any unpleasant surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in Audio Production from The Art Institute of Seattle, and ten years relevant work in the freelance audio industry.
