- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes removal of unwanted items for donation, recycling, or trash. We partner with local nonprofits to make other uses of your unwanted items, whether that is donation or recycling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a complementary visit or phone consultation to assess the project and the customers needs. All project details are outlined clearly with no hidden costs or fees -- no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained members of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), the Institute for Challenging Disorganization, and the National Association of Senior Move Managers.
