I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!
Every time I have gone into see Lotus, I leave her office feeling refreshed & energized. I went to see her for hypnotherapy and got more than I expected. Her prana healing therapy is like hypnotherapy on steroids! I recommend her service to everyone. on a scale of 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest)-I give her a rating of 14!! The self improvement is noticeable by my friends and family and is priceless!!! Thank you Lotus!!!!
Kerri was very professional and worked well at finding out what all I needed from my massage. Her touch and skill were top notch. I have a chronic condition that is alleviated somewhat by massage, so I have had a lot of massages ad am good at knowing what works for me and what doesn't. Kerri asked all the right questions and listened to my feedback diligently. I would recommend her skills to anyone and I hope that she continues to grow as a massage therapist.
I've been seeing Laura for quite some time now for Swedish regularly, a few deep tissue sessions, and even shiatsu a couple of times (I had previously thought that was a breed of dog, which I obviously learned was incorrect *anyway*). She was extremely professional and definitely knew what she was doing. I had previously seen a couple other massage therapists who, I felt, as though they've never even been trained. In addition to her skill, I could practically feel the positive energy just streaming out of her hands. Don't let those dainty fingers fool you, she's been able to work out some knots in my shoulders that I've had for YEARS. I recently moved up to San Francisco and I can honestly say that what I miss the most from Southern California is Laura. I've been looking for someone up here, but just can't seem to find anybody that lives up to my now very high expectations.
Suzanne is a one of a kind yoga teacher that delves deeply into the meaning of what she teaches and believes in. She always has the time and compassion to work with those that desire to understand how yoga can improve their lives. I was a student of hers in Maine for about 4 years. We were all so sorry to lose her to Seattle!!
She is the Absolute best! I will definitely be utilizing her services again.
wow... what a journey... I did not know what to expect, and boy was I happy my wife pushed me to go... I been in therapy before and I can say that this one was so dramatically different in every way... not sure how to explain it accept that it was easy... things happened with little effort... what a great experience...
My experience with Charice was excellent. She found tense muscles I didn't know I had. Expertly worked out the tension. Left me feeling like could float away like a feather in a breeze. Her session was very professional. No mindless prattle. She asked what areas needed special attention and went to work. Her work is deep yet relatively comfortable. The kind pain that hurts soo good. I would definitely repeat with her and recommend her highly.
I would recommend Jeff to anyone. His technique is very good. Long slow broad strokes for a full muscle stretch. Comfortable, professional nice guy.
This was my first experience getting a massage. I had injured my neck and wanted to do something to help loosen up the muscles. This isn't a big showy affair. Rather just a simple comfortable room. Krystall was very friendly and it shows that she enjoys helping people. I recommend giving them a try and am looking forward to scheduling another massage soon.

Kay is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has been a massage therapist for over five years, specializing in athletic, rehabilitation and relaxation massage. Massage Modalities include, Deep Tissue: Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The slow deliberate strokes and pressure focus on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep below the skin’s surface. Deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic –relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries. Myofascial Release: Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Neuromuscular Techniques: Neuromuscular therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. This medically-oriented form of massage addresses trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries. Pregnancy: During pregnancy, your body goes through major changes. Pregnancy massage can help with these changes by reducing stress, decreasing arm and leg swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain. Using the specially designed massage pillows will help with positioning for this type of massage. Sports: Developed to help with muscle systems used for a particular sport, sports massage uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training - before, during, or after sports events. Sport massage can be used to promote flexibility, help prevent injuries, or aid in healing post sports injury. Swedish: Swedish massage therapy is the most common type of massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
