I have to say that both Stephanie and Paul made a great first impression on me when we tried the food that I picked out. They served me two dishes one was duck and one beef entree. Not only was the food presentation phenomenal but so was the taste of the food and the sides they paired them with! I decided to use them to cateror for my wedding day and they went out of their way to please me including producing a gorgeous wedding cake with cute designs. I fully plan to use their services again in the future and want to say thank you for making my wedding day a memorable experience.

We hired NW Premier Audio just 1 week before our wedding! The DJ we had lined up had to cancel last minute. James & Amber called right away, as soon as I submitted the request and I am so glad they did! Couldn't imagine hiring anyone else! They had every song I wanted played and were incredibly detailed. They did exactly what they said they would do. Hired just one week before my wedding, they exceeded my expectations and the price was exactly what our budget was! Nola and her staff did such a fantastic job catering our wedding. From helping us plan to menu, providing a delicious tasting, answering questions about logistics and dietary restrictions, and providing stellar food and customer service to the day of the wedding, Nola and her team went above and beyond to make our day special. Our main entrée was fig balsamic glazed wild BBQ salmon with mango kiwi salsa. I wish I could make something this delicious myself, because it was amazing. Our salad consisted of organic mixed greens with julienned apple, shaved fennel, herbed crouton, and a really light but creamy bleu cheese dressing. They even made a separate salad with a different dressing for our dairy-free guests. The guest (and groom’s) favorite was our side: Beecher’s mac and cheese. So good! It was very stormy the day of our wedding, and a lot of things went wrong for us. Nola and her team went beyond the call of duty and helped out where they shouldn’t have needed to. They kept an incredibly positive attitude the entire time, conversed with guests, and helped reassure an incredibly stressed-out bride. The only complaint I heard from any guests was the portion-control at the buffet, but with a buffet we personally feel that was probably necessary. I had been concerned that people would take more than their fair share and leave guests at the end of the line with no food, and I’m sure that was the whole reason for starting out with smaller portions. I also heard that guests were invited to come back for seconds once everybody had been served, so I’m sure everyone got enough food. Overall, we were more than satisfied with Nola, her team, and the food. The food was everything we had hoped for, and the service was outstanding. We recommend them to anybody planning a wedding or other event.

In the weeks before my wedding, people kept asking me how I was so calm and relaxed... and the answer was Shelby. I trusted that everything would be amazing and it was. Shelby was absolutely incredible from when I first contacted her up through my wedding day (a planning period that spanned almost two years)! She was thorough, thoughtful, and truly meticulous in every detail that she brought to life for our special day. I couldn't have asked for anything more and am so grateful for her!

I have hired Joy Max Catering for my wedding catering for 130 people. Our wedding was on budget and we had only 4 months to plan it. Joy Max Catering has worked with us based on our budget and we were able to pick a menu we wanted. We were able to add and subtract thins we wanted or didn't choose to have. When I first tried my herb roasted chicken, I was wondering how come I could never make a chicken like that. It was tender, juicy and lots of flavor. The food had flavor and it was very homemade & thats what we were looking for. Everyone who I asked about my food, they said it was excellent! I am glad I have met the owner Joy, she is a great person to work with and talk about food. She is very professional, sweet and very very hard working. I would recommend Joy Max for an outstanding ability to work with people, base their menu, arrange payments and also cook a deliciously tasty food. Thank you Joy Max for your services.

My wedding was on May 6th , 2017 and I had to write a review 3 days later because Kari is so amazing!! I found Kari (my I-Do) on thumbtack and basically told her that “we would like to get married in 7 weeks and we have no venue or really any idea on what we want!” She was up for it! The hardest part was that I was not living in Washington until the week of our wedding so we did everything via phone and email. Her communication from the very beginning was so impressive and she had so much experience and was so organized that it was impossible to not trust her completely. She did visit two venues with us (I made it up to WA for the venue views) and she asked all of the questions and took notes and did her thing. We ended up picking Willows Lodge for our venue and had an outdoor ceremony for 40 people. Kari literally did all of the planning for us. I gave her a few pictures of what I liked for flowers, bouquets, overall look and of course, she put together exactly what I wanted and did all of my centerpieces, decorating, everything! Our wedding was absolutely stunning because of Kari. She helped us find the photographer, the officiate, flowers, rental company for centerpieces (which she did all on her own), our quartet, and planned our rehearsal dinner. I just couldn’t have planned a wedding while trying to move out of state and working full time and Kari made my dream wedding happen without making me stress and worry. I was the calmest bride on my wedding day because I knew that Kari would make it perfect…and she did. Thank you Kari for being an amazing wedding planner but also a good person. You are kind, real, generous, and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed every minute working with you. Thank you for not only planning our wedding but being a part of it. Cassie

Ester is an absolute gem!! I loved working with her from the beginning. She was always on time, was organized and thorough, and had an extremely high level of professionalism. She knew the right questions to ask to keep us on track and was helpful with every aspect of planning. On the day of our wedding she was amazing! I felt so taken care of and stress free because I knew that Ester had everything in hand. I was a crafty bride and had many decor items and table decorations. Ester made sure that they went up without a hitch and looked beautiful! She checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure I didn't need anything, put a glass of champagne in my hand during the speeches and made sure we got plates from our cheese table. She dealt with a few behind the scenes emergencies too (there was a groomsman pants incident), that I never even knew about! Because of Ester my wedding day for me, my bridal party and my family was all about enjoying the day and having fun. My mom, who was at first skeptical about needing a coordinator, commented the night of the wedding that she didn't know what she would have done without Ester! I cannot recommend Ester highly enough!!

Fitsum has helped me tremendously with my wedding planning. Our wedding is not until May, but I felt the need to give her awesome reviews because she is just great at what she does and I wouldn't know what we would do without her. My fiancé and I have never planned a wedding before, so we have no idea what we needed to do. We thought that since we are having a destination wedding then it will be easier to plan everything, but we were wrong. There was so much stuff we didn't know and Fitsum has helped us tremendously even with a short time frame of 6 months. She helped us plan our at home reception and we can just focus in our destination wedding. She is easy to contact and easy to work with. She always respond to my emails and questions within a day, not only that she gave us great recommendations and tips. She also helped us pick out and reach out to our venues. She definitely has help relieve a lot of stress prior to our wedding and I couldn't have ask for a better wedding planner. We highly recommend her to anyone that we know!

Mari was an event planner for our biggest party yet - our wedding! She was amazing, organized, happy to help and delightful to work with. We had a 3 day wedding event that began with a sunset cruise and involved a weekend contra dance camp. She managed musicians, children, golfcarts and 150 dancers. She was the liaison between and the coordinator of us, the photographer, the musicians and the facility. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for an event planner of any kind. Mari is all that and more!

Matthew Love is an extremely gifted speaker. He has a way of captivating everyone’s attention and making them laugh, smile, and enjoy the special event that is taking place. In my case, he was both my wedding officiant and DJ for my wedding. First time I heard him was a voice message he left on my phone and that was all it took for me to know he was the one. He is extremely personable, great sense of humor, and is such a very sweet person. Professional and very good at what he does. My guest absolutely loved him and could not stop raving about how great he was, I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. Wow! She was absolutely amazing from our first meeting all the way through the end of our wedding. Great communication and extremely organized. She was worth her weight in gold the day of the wedding, because our DJ no-showed and she did not panic. She was able to find someone last minute after making over 20 calls. The guests had no idea that there was a problem. I would recommend her hands down. If you don't think you need a "day of" wedding coordinator, think again! She takes care of all the LITTLE details and in our case a BIG detail. Thanks Jen, you are the best!!
