I prefer the smaller projects. I am incredibly reasonable. I work on general handyman services, electrical jobs, plumbing, painting, pressure washing, yard maintenance, masonry, decks, siding, weatherization upgrades, routine appliance repairs, flooring, window upgrades and tinting, skylights, etc.
