Our gutters were overflowing during a rainstorm causing water to enter our home. Nolan came and cleaned them well (during quite a downpour). He was timely, courteous, and ethical. We would use him again!!
Fast, on time, personable, thoughtful. They didn’t try to up sell. Everyone I worked with was friendly from the woman who helped me book the appointment and understand the process as a first time home owner, to the gentlemen who came to install the water heater and fix a kitchen issue. Gave us an estimate and they stuck to that estimate. We will 100 percent be using them again.
Jason was prompt in his response, fair in his price, honest and helpful. He was here as soon as we needed him, and when he said he would be. He gave me some excellent maintenance advice about water heaters. Everything was up and functioning within an hour. Would definitely use him again.
Amin is very professional and talented. He went above and beyond to complete the task at our home. He also accompanied me to Home Depot to help me pick some of the items for his work. He also seems quite knowledgable. In addition to the planned work, he was able to fix our thermostat/heating system, for which even the water-heater professionals had troubles fixing. Definitely would recommend and use him in the future too.
I had a water heater replaced due to age. They were extremely quick in responding to my initial request for information, gave me a price online, sent someone out right away, and then came on time and finished the project. Too soon to know if I'll have any problems of course, but they made it very clear they want my business, and I'm pleased.
Had AP Heating install two gas heaters in a commercial building. Their service and pricing was outstanding. In fact, there had the two heaters installed before others even called back. Service was beyound outstanding.
We were very happy with Dennis's work on our replacement water heater. Look forward to working with him in the future. Definitely recommend him. He's a real pro.
Gil Bernard was great! He instantly determined the install wasn't done properly and within ten seconds noticed there was a leak. The copper pipe was leaking due to improper pipe installation and soldering. He replaced the pipe and ameliorated other issues with the install and serviced our tankless water heater. We will certainly call him again for any plumbing or other issues in the future. Steve Wise
Enrique came to repair a leaking bathtub faucet, and to service our furnace. He was prompt, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way, including potential costs. The furnace was quickly repaired. He discovered that the faucet was leaking behind the wall, caused by a connection of PVC pipe to a copper intersection. He consulted me with the cost and choice of materials and labor, prior to purchasing, and was thorough and efficient, as well as courteous and professional. He completed the job, returning on the following day (a Sunday) to make sure the connections were properly fixed to prevent another leak, and also to replace the wall board. He is knowledgeable, and left the bathroom, bedroom wallboard, and floor clean when the repair was complete. He charged exactly as quoted, and provided receipts for the replacement parts. I highly recommend him for handyman services, and wouldn't hesitate to call him again if we need plumbing, painting/drywall, water heater, or furnace repairs.
After being stood up and turned down by local electricricians we decided to give Daryl a try, and are very glad we did! We needed heaters installed, lighting changed out, thermostats & a new fan put in to our house. He was prompt, knowlegble and very professional in his work and charged us much less than the big guys wiukd have. We will be happy to call him back again!
Mr. Chris changed parts for the toilette of my rental property. He demonstrated professionalism and 1 year warranty for the work he done.
The worker H2Flow sent (Hassan Baker) was highly skilled and meticulous. Big smile and friendly! Dogs didn’t bark which is always a tell! We have a 6,400 sq ft home with complex systems that includes on-demand instant hot water. We have a small hot water tank that eliminates what he called “cold water sandwich “, an occurrence that’s common for tankless water heaters. I didn’t want to entrust this job to just anyone and did my research and went with H2Flow. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The workmanship was exceptional! AAA+++
It was excellent experience working with Washington Natural Gas. Everything went smoothly and pleasant. One of our water heaters stopped working after 8 years life. I submitted work request on Thumbtack 11:00pm at night, then got a phone call from Mike at Washing Natural Gas next day morning. Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. He provided all the options what we could do and offered a free estimate at our convinient time. 2 days later Eric and Andrew installed a new water heater for us. After the work was done, Eric walked me through in details what they did and cleaned up the working area. Eric also put a sticky note on the water tank with warranty information on it which is really helpful. We are very pleased with Washington Natural Gas and will definetly work with them again in the future.
RE: Water heater replacement Nate and his brother arrived on time and were very professional. They were straightforward and honest, made suggestions, and went with the options I felt were best for me. Best of all, there were no hidden costs. I also asked about another plumbing issue and was instructed on how to solve the problem. I highly recommend Koester Building and will definitely call on them again for future projects. Thanks guys!!!! : ) What impressed me... honesty punctuality friendliness quality work clean up
We were in a pinch. The bottom fell out of our hot water heater and we and no water shut off valve on the tank so we had to turn off the water main. Chris was at our house within a few hours of contacting him. He was finishing up another job. He did a fabulous job and very quickly. His price was good and he was just a straight up nice guy. Highly recommended!
We hired Elle & Cook to remove an old chimney and put up new drywall in a closet that had water damage. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. We were so happy with the work they did, that we decided to hire them for our bathroom remodels as well. I highly recommend them.
Our water heater decided to go out on us Saturday evening. We have had it for 22 years and it reached its life span. I tried to shut off the water to the tank and that broke as well. So, it leaked all night and flooded our laundry room the next morning. I called Ally Plumbing and they sent Joe out to give us an estimate. He also capped the pipe where the valve broke. The next morning Joe showed back up to take out the old water heater and install the new one. He was friendly and worked hard. I spent most of the time watching him and asked questions. He was very patient and explained the process and ways to make the new one last for many years. He was finished by noon and I was very pleased with his work. I have finally found an honest and reliable plumber and plumbing company.
I had an excellent experience with Darren from Treharne Plumbing. I need to upgrade my drain lines for a remodel and moving the kitchen sink and clothes water onto the bathroom drain system. The drain consisted of cast iron and galvinized pipe. I thought that the 4" Cast Iron was going to have to be modified but Darren thought we could get by and upgrade the galvinized pipe to 2" ABS and pulled out his code book that he had in the truck to verify. Several other plumbers that came over to bid on my project came the same conclusion which saved me alot of money in plumbing cost. Darren gave me a bid the next day and after all of the bids were in, his was the lowest and but also complete with no lose ends. I schedule Darren to come out several weeks later as i was replacing the water lines myself and needed to get some work done before replacing the drain lines. Darren called to say he was going to be an hour late, which I could understand as it was snowing outside. Once he arrived he went quickly to work getting all the parts in place. I needed to leave to do some shopping and he took a break to pull a permit before he started the actual work. When I came back home, he was waiting for me and let me know that the city let him put his work on my water line permit and saved me another $134 in permitting fees. He finished the rough-in in about 4 hours and filled the system and notifed the city for inspection the next day. The inspector showed up the next morning and everything passed inspection and I called Darren to scheduled him to finish the project. He said he was near by and would be over in 30 minutes to complete the project. He was over on time and connected everything and all was my plumbing was funtional a little over 24 hours after he started. I am very happy with Darren from Treharne Plumbing and will ask him to bid on other projects I have in the future.
Raymark arrived quickly after we had problem with a buried sewer pipe. They excavated using shovels to minimize garden damage and repaired the sewer pipe efficiently within 24 hours. Very impressive. They were polite and easy to deal with. I also called Raymark to replace our faucet and reverse osmosis water filter system. Again they responded and completed the job professionally within 24 hours. Job done. Happy.
