This was my first time hiring a contractor. My bathroom desperately needed a makeover. I was nervous, but it was clear after many interviews which were the good ones and which were not. Cypress Construction Services, Inc. is clearly one of the "good ones". Ray and his team were clean, pleasant and were there when they said they would be. They all worked hard and kept a clean working space. Ray is knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. He is a perfectionist and it shows in his attention to detail. He obviously loves what he does and is very good at it. My bathroom is beautiful and I would not hesitate to hire him again for any project - he definitely knows what he is doing and will go above and beyond your expectations. Cypress Construction is amazing to work with. They are renovating our apartment complex's community room bathrooms to be ADA accessible and have done such a nice job on them. They are also renovating 5 apartments here and the crew is punctual, on task, and very accommodating. Their work is top notch and I am using them for other projects at our apartment complex as well now that I've seen how fantastic they are to work with. Ray, the owner, is down to earth and communicates well. He and is crew are professional and go above and beyond. Also, they were the tidiest crew I've ever worked with. They hauled all of the debris & trash off site every day and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Cypress!

Ray is fantastic and he and his team go above and beyond to make things the exact way we needed them to be. They are the cleanest crew we have ever dealt with; they removed garbage daily and the project has stayed neat the entire time they have been here. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of their work. Great company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly straight forward. We charge $75 an hour for labor, and then the price of materials we’ll use on their project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first get their email address, phone number, and home address then set up a time with the customer to come out their address to see exactly what needs to get done so that we can get them an estimate, sent to their email, as soon as possible. Then if they like the number they see, we set up a time when we can get back out to them and start working on their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
