Jessica was very responsive to our initial inquiries and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Outside of finding her to be very personable, her massage therapist skills were thorough and she was very attentive to our individual needs. We really enjoyed our massages and will utilize Jessica again!

I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!

I injured my back in a way only a 46 year old can. Pulling on a tight fitting boot! Tweaked my back and was immediately stuck in the stooped over position, heading to the couch for the rest of the day. I wasn't any better the next day. This is when Vadim stepped in. I admit I am brand new in the idea of Chinese Medicine, as I grew up very much under the "Western Medicine is Supreme" banner. Vadim is a neighbor so he knew I was not doing well. He asked if I wanted treatment so I agreed, not having any idea what the treatment would be like. Vadim is very serious about his work, but makes you feel at ease, and you know you are in very capable hands. The treatment was about an hour, which entailed focused heat therapy on the injured area, followed by cupping to bring blood to the injured area, followed by acupuncture. The same evening I felt markedly better, and by the next day almost well. By the evening of the second day I was back to normal and feeling great. And not a pain pill or x-ray required! It was an amazing experience and an amazing healing. Call on Dr. Vadim. He is a great healer who will be able to help you, the natural way!

I have seen an immediate improvement in my day-to-day life after my first session with Hazel. Stop reading right now and schedule an appointment with Hazel Newsom, as soon as you can. Reserve your spot because she is VERY sought after and thus, very busy. Having a background in computer programming, I have always considered trying hypnosis because I believed we [humans] could be programmed, and since we have intelligence and reasoning abilities, [some of us do] we could benefit from Hypnosis, but in 1,000 more ways than what a computer benefits from programming. I picked up so much counterproductive baggage that therapy alone did not help me. In my opinion, hypnosis starts where therapy leaves off. Needless to say, go see Hazel. If you’re lucky, you can get an appointment.

When I started seeing Hans Quistorff my surgeons and other doctors had written me off and told me they had done all they could and there was nothing left to do but manage the pain. One of my problems was that my sternum did not completely heal after open heart surgery making leading a normally active life impossible. Hans has helped me overcome that and many all other obstacles so I am able to live an active lifestyle again which I never thought I would! I have sent all my closest friends to him and some have even traveled nearly 1000 miles to receive treatment from him! Every one I've ever sent to him have been shocked and amazed at their results!

Kay is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She has been a massage therapist for over five years, specializing in athletic, rehabilitation and relaxation massage. Massage Modalities include, Deep Tissue: Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The slow deliberate strokes and pressure focus on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep below the skin’s surface. Deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic –relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries. Myofascial Release: Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Neuromuscular Techniques: Neuromuscular therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. This medically-oriented form of massage addresses trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries. Pregnancy: During pregnancy, your body goes through major changes. Pregnancy massage can help with these changes by reducing stress, decreasing arm and leg swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain. Using the specially designed massage pillows will help with positioning for this type of massage. Sports: Developed to help with muscle systems used for a particular sport, sports massage uses a variety of approaches to help athletes in training - before, during, or after sports events. Sport massage can be used to promote flexibility, help prevent injuries, or aid in healing post sports injury. Swedish: Swedish massage therapy is the most common type of massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.

We offer therapeutic bodywork focused on pain relief, rehabilitation, and recovery from injury and/or muscle imbalances due to postural dysfunctions.

Massage, Reiki, Tuning Fork Therapy and Aromatherapy are integrated into a unique blend of modalities to scaffold to client's needs. Communication and work ethics are strictly therapeutic and professional dynamics and healthy boundaries are implemented to respect the autonomy of client and therapist.
