FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a case-by-case basis, for I believe each and every situation is unique in and of themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I need to understand not only what my customer needs but also their "wants". This means getting to know what exactly is motivating if not compelling the customer to explore something different at this stage of their life. I have a set of five specific questions that when answered honestly, I will have a reasonable understanding on whether or not were are compatible. Frankly, I don't just take on anyone, that I am willing to invest the time to understand my future client or customer. I will even pick up the tab for Starbucks coffee or lunch. :) It is much an interview for me as it is for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am not only an electrical engineer by academic training, I am also an MBA graduate from a world renowned university. I have real world experience in both of these arenas, but because of my experience I am able to equally apply myself in the real estate world. That is, I am a hybrid blend of a technologist and entrepreneur. It is actually a successful combination.
