Thank you Kevin, it was our pleasure and we are happy that you are pleased with our work. Thank you for the kind words!
Even though we ended up not doing the remodel at all, Eta was super to work with. She was very helpful and was the only contractor to think about functionality and provide design help. Would definitely use again!Oct 31, 2019Verified

Thank you Dan, We really enjoyed remodeling your bathroom Looking forward to your master!
Eta’z kitchen & Bath refinished my kitchen. Eta brought my vision to reality, and really made my kitchen beautiful, and most importantly, very functional. She and her husband did 100% of the work, from design to completion, delivery, everything that I could ask for. They are very particular in the craftsmanship of their work, and were very friendly and really easy to work with, I would hire them again.Oct 11, 2019Eta'z Kitchen & Bath LLC's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? After 26 years in the industry I discovered that the key to success in kitchen and bath remodels is to have the client and the contractor involved in the design and product selection together. Doing so reduces costs of generalized pricing and for the contractor assures less return trips due to materials problems, which also effects labor pricing. There are many variables that can affect cost. We can help you with your budget as we are very well aware of market pricing and where to buy to save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Find out the reason for the remodel, and the desired budget in order to make the best recommendations for materials, colors, textures, and selections. Provide design, materials, and installation costs as overall complete project. We provide a one stop shop. Schedule installation at contract signing ( 30-50% down depending on scope of work) Provide materials, inspect for damage and install per manufacturer's recommendations. Complete project in timely matter with above expectations results. Establish repeat referral client base with long term earned trust relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 26 years in residential design and cabinets, flooring, counter top installation management and appliances/plumbing hook ups. NKBA guidelines supported Ongoing education and networking with Mentor Contractors on new materials, installation techniques and Pro tools.
