To whomever this concerns, Before I signed up with this tutoring program, I was not very good academically. In fact, I was the worst in the toolshed. Knowing that I have no time to lose and my bleak future is upon me, I did what many people think it's best; To join the military. I didn't know what to expect of the navy to be honest, so I was unaware of the test you need to take called the asvab. My heart sank a little. I began searching on the Internet, looking for a tutor (especially on math) until I found out about Theo. Theo is the CEO for student circle and unlike other tutors; he is the only one that stood out. He is understanding, ambitious, and kind, but most importantly he can relate to you, creating a special bond which prompts you to succeed. So I explained to him my situation and he set me up with another tutor by the name of Xin. Right off the bat both of us got along and he helped me through two grueling months. There were times when I wanted to give up, but he was there for me. The funny thing is, he is going through an exam as well during my time with him, so he is the hardest working tutor I have ever came across. I swear, these two do actually care about me because when I took the asvab, I scored high enough to achieve some of the most coveted jobs the navy has to offer! These two will forever be part of my family. Student circle has the best sessions as well as memories. Thank you. Andrew

I prefer in-person and flexible one-on-one tutoring. In addition, I value tutors that can relay materials in a cohesive manner. MW LLP does just that! After receiving tutoring services from MW LLP, I gained the confidence and understanding I needed to master algebra and adequately prepare for my precalculus and calculus courses. Quadratic equations and word problems don't seem so scary after all! I would highly recommend MW LLP's tutoring services to others.

Patricia is amazing. She helped Aniruddh rampup quickly on English and helped him get better grades. We moved from India when Aniruddh was 7. English was not his primary language, that made him struggle at school. Patricia came to the rescue and helped Aniruddh gradually pick the language, both written and spoken. Patricia has tremendous experience working with all kinds of children, and she adapts her curriculum according to each Student. In teaching experience helps. In addition to a great teacher, she is also a wonderful person and awesome baker. She is very punctual, polite and helpful. I learned a few baking tips from her on the side when she was teaching. My kids still miss Patricia. Thanks for ask the help.

Lenore is a very experience and dedicated teacher with exceptional abilities to engage with students and instill passion. Our son's tutoring with her has been a lot of fun, and he always looks forward to see her. Lenore is what all teachers should be like, firm but gentle, fun but serious, engaging but not stressful, and always setting the bar high, and never aiming for average work. We are so glad we discovered her! Vin

My name is Shawn Brookins, and I am currently a biology and chemistry premed double major at Pacific Lutheran University. My long-term career goal is to become a pediatric neurosurgeon, but until then, I enjoy spending my time to inspire appreciation for and success in the sciences and mathematics as well as all common core subjects. My passion for tutoring stems from a deeply rooted belief that one's education is paramount in his or her lifetime towards achieving goals, fulfilling potential, and accessing new opportunities. Allow me to elaborate on my qualifications. I graduated salutatorian of my graduating class of 543 students, with a weighted GPA well above 4.50. During my high school tenure, I completed 8 AP courses, earning the highest honor of AP scholar with distinction. These courses were across an eclectic academic breadth, including calculus, chemistry, English literature and language composition, government, psychology, etc. Currently, I will be taking my second semester of calculus at PLU to fulfill my math requirement for my chemistry degree. Alongside this course load, I operated a successful tutoring business with volunteer tutoring also, totaling well in excess of 500 hours. My availability is quite flexible, so please don't hesitate to ask questions because I am a very flexible person! In closing, thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you soon! My tutoring services cover speaking, grammar, and writing in Spanish for beginning, intermediate, and advance level, including formal conversation. There are several approaches in teaching a subject, and from my experience the most efficient way has been establishing connections between the topic and the student, which motivates and invites the student to learn and explore more. I have taught Spanish classes from beginning level up to advanced level over 30 hours each week to more than 100 students. I also created Spanish teaching materials and curriculum for other Spanish instructors who worked in the Spanish department. 2011-2012- Wrote, edited and published two articles in Spanish for The Spanish Institute for Strategic Studies.
