I love Leanne's yoga class! She teaches modifications if the moves are beyond your abilities. She makes yoga lots of fun! Leanne's studio offers two exercise rooms for our training sessions, plus several cardio machines. Our personal trainer pushes us in a positive, encouraging way that keeps us motivated. My husband and I have been going regularly to Leanne's studio since January. Unlike most gym memberships, we are getting our money's worth.
Jeff is a compassionate instructor with obvious respect for both the physical and the meditative aspects of yoga. As a beginner, I was worried I'd be intimidated, but Jeff quickly put me at ease and helped me challenge myself at my own pace. His eye for making subtle changes in my stances and alignment made a real difference. I'm looking forward to my next lesson with him, and think the instruction will be a great addition to the classes I'm taking.
Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.
I had a wonderful session of Yoga Nidra with Krystina. It was my first time trying this type of yoga and I enjoyed it very much. It was calm and relaxing. I plan to start using it as my everyday method of meditation. Krystina was an excellent teacher and I would definitely use her again.
I sought a yoga instructor with patience and humility. Lalainya is definitely patient, understanding, positive, & non judgmental. There are other instructors who expect you to be at a certain level of understanding already. As a new student, I find that she is not only understanding but also open to ideas. She welcomes questions as an opportunity to enlighten and share relevant thoughts about the integration of yoga in your overall daily life. If there is any position not held correctly, she will let you know right away. If you seek a knowledgeable, but humble instructor, you will not be disappointed when working with Ms. Rawlings. She listens to your needs, respects/acknowledges your limitations all while encouraging your exploration of self awareness and unlimited potential. This is only my experience and I'm pleased with the results. You will be, too.
I am new to yoga and Meagan is great. She really made me feel very comfortable with her clear explanation and friendly down to earth nature. Her classes are wonderful, I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially for people new to yoga or wanting to increase strength and flexibility and relaxing.
Alicia's knowledge and her love of sharing and teaching will keep you coming back to enjoy the wonderful experience of Yoga that she really can't wait to experience with you!
Anu is one of the only Yoga Instructors I have recently met, who has deep knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda. Her passion for helping people is obvious by her actions. I certainly learned a lot from a few classes I took from her at Sikh Temple Bothell,WA. Great teacher, and mentor, above all awesome human being.
Diane was a wonderful private yoga instructor! She is very knowledgeable and her years of experience definitely show. She is also very nurturing and compassionate and helped me overcome my fear of yoga and vulnerability. I really wanted to improve my mobility and help decrease my lower back pain that I developed through powerlifting. After several sessions with Diane I both physically and mentally felt better. She helped me improve my mobility, increase my flexibility, and significantly reduce my lower back pain. I highly recommend Diane! She is also flexible and helped accommodate my inconsistent schedule. In addition, she came to my house which was very convenient. If you are looking for someone to come to your home and help you with your yoga practice she is a wonderful option!
Taunya is lovely. She is patient, encouraging, and flexible - schedule wise and physically! ;)
Miranda is a wonderful teacher. She has a relatable, unique approach to teaching Yoga. Her sequences are fun and she always has great music to flow to. She understands the body and alignment very well, better than the average yoga instructor. You will feel safe and comfortable in your instruction with her. Highly recommend!!

Helping others find peace and stability is what I love about teaching yoga. Not only peace and stability of the body, but of the mind as well.
I teach vinyasa (flow) style yoga. I create unique flows each time I teach that open up all channels of the body and mind. As I instruct poses, I cue proper alignment to insure safety and maximize benefits for practitioners. I absolutely love to share yoga with others.

Pedal, stretch, and breathe. I am a yoga instructor who focuses on yoga for cyclists. In my class, I am to hold space for students to explore the sensations present in their body with curiosity. I encourage mindful spontaneity with a pinch of playfulness. I believe that yoga and bicycling greatly inform each other on both physical and mental level. Both are great tools for connecting people to their bodies and the present. I want to take my yoga out of the studio and put it on the bike path. It is my hope to bring yoga to more bike rides and riders, showing them how to stretch without a mat and even using your bicycle as a prop.
Personalized, fun, and done with sprinkles of humor! What fun is life if we're always taking ourselves too seriously? All jokes aside though, proper alignment, muscle engagement and breathing are of paramount importance in this yoga practice. I have a strong interest in working with athletes and those who experience limited mobility. I love being able to create a very human connection with someone who is embarking on their own journey of yoga, fitness, or just overall wellbeing. Yoga is powerful tool in working towards an improved quality of life - that's the number one reason I choose to work with people one on one or in small groups. I love how yoga can, with a little patience, serve the purpose you are seeking whether it be spiritual, mental, or physical.
