I really liked how her class had a lot of different aspects and included not only yoga practice that was the right level for the students but also including yoga philoshophy and explainations of how the modern practice of yoga differs from it's roots as a practice. I als enjoyed learning different meditations, new stretches and poses.
Gina is one of the best yoga instructors I've had. I love her classes and all the dedication she puts on each student. She really teaches how to honor our body and helps with how to improve every posture according on each person's needs. I truly recommend her as your instructor. You'll learn so much about yoga and how to apply it to your daily life :)
I signed up for 5 weeks of individual yoga sessions. One down so far and my initial experience was great. Jean took the time to learn about me and what type of yoga might be most appropriate for my situation and condition. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks! She is a great teacher.
Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.

I sought a yoga instructor with patience and humility. Lalainya is definitely patient, understanding, positive, & non judgmental. There are other instructors who expect you to be at a certain level of understanding already. As a new student, I find that she is not only understanding but also open to ideas. She welcomes questions as an opportunity to enlighten and share relevant thoughts about the integration of yoga in your overall daily life. If there is any position not held correctly, she will let you know right away. If you seek a knowledgeable, but humble instructor, you will not be disappointed when working with Ms. Rawlings. She listens to your needs, respects/acknowledges your limitations all while encouraging your exploration of self awareness and unlimited potential. This is only my experience and I'm pleased with the results. You will be, too.

Josh is a generous yoga instructor who completely understands his students needs and comfort levels. He welcomes you with a warm smile, delivers gentle guidance when youre not hitting your mark and has an eclectic but fitting mix for music. The yoga was relaxing, but I was definitely sore the next day. He knows when a student is struggling or reaching the correct level and easily accommodates. Highly recommended.
I have taken various yoga classes from Ellie Luna. She's bright and engaging and very skilled at yoga. She led me in a wonderful flow class that stretched and strengthened every part of my body. Her instructions are clear and coherent, and she pays personal attention to every student. After doing yoga for 30 years, I was finally able to stand on my head for the first time thanks to Ellie's help and support! I recommend her highly.
Anu is one of the only Yoga Instructors I have recently met, who has deep knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda. Her passion for helping people is obvious by her actions. I certainly learned a lot from a few classes I took from her at Sikh Temple Bothell,WA. Great teacher, and mentor, above all awesome human being.

Miranda is a wonderful teacher. She has a relatable, unique approach to teaching Yoga. Her sequences are fun and she always has great music to flow to. She understands the body and alignment very well, better than the average yoga instructor. You will feel safe and comfortable in your instruction with her. Highly recommend!!
I offer private or group yoga instruction. The styles include, but are not limited to, hatha, power, vinyasa, and nidra (meditation). I offer adjustments/modifications in my instruction to make every pose work for your body. I absolutely love what I do. I want to help to inspire others to be good to themselves. We all need gentle caring. I started yoga as a personal journey, but soon realized I was in the midst of a complete and total transformation. I had no idea how yoga would change my life. It's not just some exercise on your mat for an hour a day; it is a practice that you will carry with you 24/7. I teach vinyasa yoga to all and any skill levels. I enjoy teaming my classes and teaching with music and essential oils. I work out of a small but beautiful studio in North Seattle for private or group lessons. I am also happy to travel to you.
