I hired him to put together a small bed and cabinet last year. He has been my handyman since then. Does a wide variety of things. Honest and friendly.
Dennis did an incredible job and we would definitely hire him again. He was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and was very knowledgeable about the project. We hired him to build a concrete foundation and assemble a shed, and the finished product looks excellent.
We hired Lopez Remodel to paint our house, rebuild our deck, and to re-side the back of our house. Israel gave us a reasonable quote to get us going, and was very flexible with his time. We were very happy with the work he did - our house looks amazing! The color is great, and the new deck design adds so much curb appeal. It's been about 5-6 weeks since they wrapped up the job, and every time I come home I smile and know I made a good investment.

We hired Johnny Mak and Bijia to transform our unfinished attic into a master bedroom and we couldn't be happier with the results. The work was done in a timely manner and within our budget, and they were flexible and lovely to work with. We will certainly be using Build N Save for our future projects.
We worked with PC&D transforming our first house (1918 bungalow). We re-did the bathroom, kitchen, and exterior completely on a tight budget, and we were able to be involved with the process as much, or as little, as we wanted to be at all times. PC&D was able to show us our whole project on their laptop with 3D renderings that were in video format so that we could really see what we were going to do, that really helped us to figure out what we wanted. We were also able to critique and have any details ironed out, or even redone during the process. All in all, we highly recommend working with PC&D for any project, big or small, these guys are the most knowledgable, efficient, and professional contractors that you will ever find on the market!!!
Excellent project vision. High quality work. On time, on budget. Great Communicator. We hired Mike to put in a new staircase in our 1924 craftsman home which required cutting open the floor, creating a new load bearing support wall, matching the rise and run of the staircase to land where we specified (not an easy feat), adding lighting, railings, and insulating and sheet rocking the entire thing. All in a fairly confined space where he had to navigate around gas lines, our garage door, a very choppy cement garage floor to build off of, and under floor radiant heating. The final result far exceeded our expectations, especially given that we had no architectural plans, just a vision. Mike was gracious and patient with us, coming over four separate times to listen to our ideas on the project and work with us to develop a vision of the final product. There are many things we appreciated about working with Mike, a few that stand out: Quality of the work: We let Mike know from the start that we were putting in the staircase only so that we could sell our house. Another contractor might have done just an 'OK' job knowing that we wouldn't have to live with the results. It's clear that Mike and his team take great pride in their work because they were absolutely meticulous; adding detail trim and thoughtful touches. The construction was extremely solid, and for a house that is 90 years old, I have no doubt that staircase will be there 90 years from now. Communication: Anytime I texted or called Mike, I got a very prompt response. He kept us updated on the project progress throughout. We feel like he really listened to us all the way through. If he wasn't sure about a particular detail, he was humble enough to say so and he got us an answer as soon as possible. Thoughtfulness: Mike and his team showed an abundance of care at my house, leaving everything cleaner than they found it. I had no worries whatsoever handing over the keys to my house to Mike and his team. They were very respectful, true professionals, and just very nice people to be around. My only regret is not hiring Mike to do the staircase right after I purchased the house rather than right before I plan to sell it. Thanks Mike & Team!
Ricky and his team did a beautiful job on 2 patios and 1 driveway. Our backyard has been transformed. Having never hired contractors before, I learned a lot about concrete. If I was to do it again, I would ask for more specific dimensions in the bid. And, I would definitely hire One Foundation Concrete. Thank you!
My husband and I live in Seattle; we hired Slick Rock Services to take out a short fence in our backyard, bury a sump pump pipe, remove a curb, and install a concrete parking pad in our back yard. Mel and Shane were amazing! They were very thorough and conscientious in putting together an accurate quote for all of the work; they even came out to our property twice before we hired them to make sure the quote would be as accurate as possible! They were super friendly and very professional. The work was done pretty quickly (it was springtime so they had to work around the weather when it came to pouring the concrete) and we didn't have any surprises on our invoice in the end, we were charged what we were quoted. We had a great experience with them; our back yard and new parking pad look great!!
We will definitely be using Curtiss services in the future. He is professional and reliable. He is fairly priced and doess a great job.
Tony at Artistry Landscape installed a new drain around the foundation of my home. The drain now works like it is supposed to. I believe that Tony does top quality work and he is knowledgable and reliable. If you need help designing your project Tony will provide ideas for your consideration. Most important, he is totally trustworthy. I would call him again if I have another project. Michael Morrow
Michael and his team did an amazing job removing and installing new flooring in both my bathrooms and carpet throughout my home. They also moved and replaced all my furniture...at no extra charge!! I'm very satisfied with the work and product Michael suggested for my growing family.

I make concrete piers instead of pouring foundations. These are mostly used in small residential remodeling as well as decks. It's green technology and easy to install where whatever variables may be preventing pouring a foundation.
