I hosted a baby shower and chef Paul and his wife Stephanie worked in my kitchen while I joined in on the festivities. They created a wonderful array of appetizers and brought in the best tasting cake. Paul and Stephanie were so friendly and easy to get a hold of when I had questions leading up to the event. The food was very good and presented well. I would hire them again if I ever hosted another gathering. I put my trust into these people and I was not disappointed. A 5 star rating! Laura
On March 28th we hosted a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" Bridal Shower for my daughter with 25 attendees. We hired Nola's to handle the catering, provide support staff and assist with cleanup. Nola and her staff's involvement exceeded our expectations and the quality of service from beginning to end was incredible. The menu was perfect and very fitting for the "theme." Numerous guests complimented the gluten free and vegetarian dishes and were impressed with the beautiful layout and display. Nola's staff support (Kari Rae and Tarrahan) made each and every guest feel special, ensured that everyone had plenty of libations and food. They were so flexible that when the shower ran longer they were willing to adjust their schedules to stay the extra 2-hours for "clean-up" - everything was washed, dishes re-boxed and we absolutely had to do nothing but have fun with the bride to be. Guest comments included: "that was the most relaxed, enjoyable shower they had been to", "the food was delicious and beautiful presentation", the experience was over and above what they expected. Many guests wanted Nola's catering contact and were interested in hiring for upcoming events. Everything was timely, perfectly executed and nothing went wrong - we would HIGHLY recommend for any occasion (large or small) without equivocation!! Conny
Always quick to respond and supportive of ideas both from bride and mother. Our event was on an island in South Puget Sound only accessible by ferry. Shelby made numerous trips to scope out site and meet with me even though she was coming from Seattle area. She was a calm influence when things were a bit hectic. I was completely satisfied.
My husband and I loved our wedding. We couldn't of done such a great job without the help of our wedding planner. Michelle and her team are so nice to work with. It made my wedding planning process alot easier. I definitely would recommend them.
Brent is a great communicator. He is well experienced and professional. The man did everything he said he would do! He comes well prepared & is organized. He was ready with a humble smile for all our guests. Great with set up & break down. He helped make our event successful not just by his service that night but also with his suggestions throughout the planning stages of our event. He is now my favorite bartender for all my future events.
Candi planned and coordinated my sister's baby shower for me and it was wonderful. She was so professional and easy to work with. I was able to give her my budget and a couple of ideas I had and she turned it into something better than I could have imagined. My sister loved her shower. I will definitely be using Candi again!
We had a 50th wedding anniversary party for over 100 guests. Leanna's daughter showed up an hour early and quickly set up her station. It looked very professional. She started playing the background music early and followed all of our cues when we wanted to use the mike for a toast and then right into a favorite song. Outstanding. Later when my grandkids wanted to do the "chicken dance" she came out and danced with us because we couldn't remember all the moves. Priceless!! My kids were very impressed with all her sophisticated set-up equipment. I would gladly recommend them to anybody. Their price was about a $100 cheaper than anyone else and we thought it was fantastic!! Thank you.
Dana was absolutely wonderful!! She went above and beyond what I expected. She had great decorating ideas and let me know about wedding needs that I hadn't even thought of. All in all just a pleasure to work with!
We loved Jaimee! We went to her for guidance and help for our last month before our wedding. We had reached the tipping point of stress and time available to go it on our own. Jaimee had us feeling relief from our first meeting. She took on our wedding planning with joy and commitment that made everyone involved feel great - us, our families, and our vendors. The wedding ceremony went off seamlessly with great reviews from everyone. The reception at another venue was decorated beautifully and also went off seamlessly with great reviews from our friends and families. Our friends, family, and especially us, were able to enjoy the day thanks to Jaimee and her team's tireless effort and planning :)
Let's see here... Shanna was the most AMAZING person I could ever ever ever ask for to be with me during the whole crazy process of wedding planning. From being there for me at 1am when I had mini anxiety attacks about the wedding to hand making the most perfect decorations. She can do ANYTHING. She's not a wedding planner/coordinator/decorator. She's superwoman! If I could give her a 10000000000000 star review, I would still ask if I could give a higher one.
Sara and her husband, and of course their adorable baby, were so sweet! It was nice to see them working together to make our day as perfect as theirs had been before they started their lives as a couple themselves. Sara really just wanted me to be happy and she did not try and fight me on anything, she was excited when I came up with my own ideas and seamlessly incorporated them into the wedding. We were so glad to have both her and Josh, who was awesome queuing the music, every step of the way during the wedding. She even managed to keep me calm when the cake showed up late! Thanks again to you both, we could not have done it without you!
Innovative events planned the most fabulous baby shower for me. From the decorations, the games and wonderful spread of food it was beyond what I ever could have imagined. Stephanie and Nikki were extremely personable and made every effort to work within my budget to throw the beautiful shower. They took care of all set-up/ clean up and made sure all the guests knew where to find parking, directions, etc. They are truly THE Dream Team. I will use them in the future for all of my special event planning needs.
Wow! I cannot say enough about Amanda's help with the wedding. I started planning thinking a planner was just another expense that I didn't need on my plate but as everything started piling up and Mom started getting stressed about staying up all night tying flowers, I realized help might be a good idea. Amanda handled every hiccup with ease, and nothing seemed to frazzle her. She was the calming voice I need to keep from going Bridezilla. She had advice on things I hadn't even thought of and had problems handled that I didn't even hear about until a bridesmaid remarked how awesome my coordinator was for handling the situation. Amanda was above and beyond what I expected and I'll be using her for a bridal shower for a friend very soon!

I've worked with Chris for almost 3 full years as an event coordinator. Despite Chris' young age, he exhibits a maturity and responsibility far beyond his years. His genuine care for his work is manifest in the execution of his job. Many tasks were often assigned to Chris because it could be assured a job well done in his care. Chris is logistically savvy when it comes to his work but this isn't for any lack of customer service skills or charisma. Chris is charming and makes clients feel at ease. I would recommend Chris for any event.
Skully Serves is an amazing organization!!!!! I participated in an outreach at Ahead with Horses which focused on providing therapy to children with disabilities as they interacted with horses. Skully Serves focuses on giving back to the community and changing the lives of individuals. Martese did such an amazing job at leading the group and interacting with all volunteers. Martese provided us with guidance throughout the day. I was very impressed with how well organized the day went. I was excited to see the children's reaction to the horses!!!! I was provided with additional information about the organization and how I could volunteer in future outreach events! SKULLY SERVES ROCKS!!!
Michelle and I have been friends since college. With her background in customer service, communication, and event planning, I knew she was the one to call for help when it came to planning my wedding. She worked with me the whole way through, messaging me with ideas as she came up with them. She was extremely accommodating and level-headed in a crisis. Most importantly, she was always there when I needed her with backup plans, DIY solutions, and whatever items were left on my to-do list. She was my guardian angel! I don't know what I would have done without her! I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs an event planner. She'll exceed your expectations!
My fiance and I are finally expecting a baby boy! (We have two girls) my baby shower was coming up very fast and everyone who was supposed to be helping backed out last minute. I was so stressed and panicked! Luckily Kim came in like a guardian angel and put together the best shower I could have imagined and she did it all in a few days! All the guests had a blast and all I had to do was show up. She took care of all the stress and was a huge life saver! I cannot possibly recommend her enough! I'll be coming to her when it's time to plan my wedding! Thank you so much Kim, for all your hard work, your attention to detail, and for making this momma stress free for a day.
