We were very happy with the deck Bob built for us. His bid was reasonable and he was able to provide a date to begin the process that fit our desires. He was actually able to start a couple of days early and finished on time! We paid for our lumber right after he figured it out what we needed for our job, as he recommended paying early to avoid price increases. We were happy for this advice as the lumber company said they would be increasing prices the next week. He also required 1/3 down for his portion to hold the date. I was a little leary of doing this, but understood he was turning down other jobs to hold my position to complete my job. Bob had very appropriate recommendations and advice and was knowledge with codes and regulations.
