Emerald City provided an amazing buffet dinner for 50 of our friends. We had a party at Populuxe brewing and they created a fantastic summer menu to fit our budget. Highly recommend using them for your party.
We hosted a dinner party for 10 at our home. Nola and her assistant Flo prepared an amazing meal, from appetizers through dessert. Nola was so easy to work with through the planning stages and had great ideas for how to optimize our home and time with our guests. As if the delicious food weren't enough, she also made sure the kitchen and dining room were clean before she left, which was an added bonus to an otherwise exquisite evening. I would highly recommend her and will not hesitate to call her again when we entertain.
The Great Surprisal was hired to be our event coordinator as well as serving as our emcee. This is an annual dinner/fundraiser for a small non-profit. Amelia worked with us from the beginning finding a caterer, hiring musicians, working with venue, coordinating volunteers for our silent auction as well as other parts of our evening. We increased our net income by over 25%! We had used the venue before but with the creativity and cost conscious Great Surprisal we had a totally transformed 'gym' from years gone by. Past attendees commented on the greatly improved environment, excellent food and the overall sense of a better-planned event. We will work with The Great Surprisal again and encourage others to do so. Last year we worked with The Great Suprisal as an emcee only. Customers should definitely check out 'Gina' as an addition to a party or event. We are very pleased with The Great Surprisal's work ethic and creativity of working on a limited budget.
I hired them for a Halloween event and they OVER delivered in a huge way! The party lights, music, fog, and mc were the hit of the party! They made the event one of the best I have produced in 30 years and definitely made me look good as the event planner. I will definitely hire them again for future events and would highly recommend them.

We worked with Shelby for almost a whole year to plan our wedding. We were out of state for most of the time, but she was great with using Skype and keeping a timeline of tasks. We would have regular meetings to go over ideas or plans, but she was always available and answered in a timely manner if we had a question outside of our meetings. The most important aspect is that she really listened to what we wanted and the day turned out better than I could have imagined! Shelby made the whole process stress free and we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. I would highly recommend her for any party/wedding planning or decorating/designing needs.
First time I met Kristina, I was not sure because she lives so far away, wonder if she could keep up with our detail oriented plan for our daughter sweet 16 party. She made our daughter's sweet 16 party the best ever. She made personalized signage of our daughter's name with gold glitter, and she made a special back drop. She knows what she's doing and at the end, she prove it she has experiences and connections, and willing to work with our budget and glamourous style. She is energetic and dressed up at the party, which is impressive, considering she was there since 10am, and the party was at 4pm. Overall, love her and her ideas. Dawn and her wonderful assistant were very professional, warm and efficient. They arrived promptly and were already adorning kids at our party within just minutes with nearly no direction from me except to point out where I'd like them to set up. We had a lot of kids and they were all extremely happy with their glitter tattoos and are still showing them off many days later. You can't beat her price and value and coupled with her extremely prompt replies to all messages I would highly recommend (and already have!) to anyone and everyone. Can't say enough good things about Glitter Pixie Tattoo!
Royal India catered my husband's birthday party. Many quests complimented the food. Prior to party, the manager Aeisha met us in person at the restaurant to sample food and select menu. She made great recommendations. The buffet they set looked beautiful.
Dana Sue helped us during a party we threw for a school auction. She was punctual, organized, and helpful in every way. She asked good questions, and anticipated things we might need (that we hadn't though of). Also, during the party, she was great at working away in the background, helping us out, without needing to ask questions every step of the way. We would use her again in a heartbeat!
Jannice did such an awesome job with the Tea Party! Her attention to detail is exceptional. She was very efficient and professional. Caitlin was an amazing help for my fiancé and I during the beginning stages of our wedding planning. She helped create a vision statement that encompassed both of our goals and desires. My husband and I didn’t plan on having a big, exuberant wedding. We wanted something small and intimate, but also special. Bianca handled everything with grace and made the day perfect! With just a month or so notice she was able to pull everything together and truly wowed us. She is extremely empathetic to where I felt like she could read my mind and knew just what to say and recommend to where I didn’t have to be stressed on our big day. The Yelp Elite party was a HUGE success! The decor was amazing and very appropriate for the time of year. Duos catering and location were two excellent choices on Innovative Events' part. I think my favorite aspect though, was how well they catered to their audience. Between ages 21 and 45 is a massive gap as far as tastes and preferences go, and between the food, booze, and games they nailed it!
Steven helped me with planning a birthday party located in Tacoma WA at the Start Center facility. We worked on it for about 3 to 4 days;he put in long hours in making centerpieces look fabulous for the set the theme of the event.
