Dennis showed up on time and started my projects right away. He installed a new toilet for me, installed a new light fixture in the kitchen, and also installed some GFI outlets. He did this under an hour and a half and he did a great job. He even took my old toilet and all of the boxes with him. I ended up hiring him for his low quoted rate and his great reviews. I will definitely hire Dennis again.
Excellent job by Brian: he fixed a leak while all other companies recommended to replace the entire roof. Couldn't be happier as a result.
Eric is awesome. I hired him to install new toilets. He came in and get the job done professionally. He is easy to communicate and I would definitely hire him again.
Amin was a life saver. The plumbing company was going to charge me 4x the amount to install a toilet and Amin did it quickly and his work was very high quality. I will definitely hire him again!
They sent a pro (Jacky, I think) the same day, which was key; I got an honest estimate of the cost of repair upfront, once the pro looked at what needed done; the job got pretty complicated in the process, yet the guy stuck to the original estimate. Polite, proffessional, insisted on wearing protective shoe covers, cleaned the work area after completing the job. Most importantly, the problem was taken care of. I am glad I hired Danika Plumbing, rather than investing in yet another power tool, which, as it turned out, would not have worked in this case.
We had a running toilet. We received excellent service. Jason was on time and not only fixed the problem of the running toilet but also updated our second toilet. We will definitely use his services again.
Eric did an amazing job cleaning/painting our deck, caulk the siding and fixed our toilet. He even came to finish the job at 7:30 in the morning to make sure we don't miss our scheduled event.
Gil was great! I had a toilet leaking from the 2nd floor and coming down into my living room and he diagnosed the problem quickly and was very fair on the price. Honest, genuine, and very professional.
I highly recommend Crown Plumbing! The guys easily figured out what was wrong with my toilet, even though I had nearly given up hope and already begun researching possible replacements. I'de definitely use them again!
I am beyond thrilled at how expeditiously Mac Mccrery fixed my ancient tub fixture! I was braced for a thumping great bill, but he just charged his low hourly rate. He's obviously learned his craft by many years solving the peculiar problems of old plumbing in houses typical of many in my neighborhood (Capitol Hill.)
Tyler fixed a leak in the shower that had rotted out the floor around my toilet. His work is exceptional and he stayed true to the estimate. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!
Very happy with the service. I used him for the toilet flush unit repair and a bi-folding door repair. Pretty reasonable price. Punctual, decent and did a good job.
Paul has done a variety of work on my rentals and on my several personal residences over the past 20 years. He called my number by mistake in 1994, and it turned out I was looking for someone to build me some steps, so it wasn't a wrong number after all--it was a fortunate coincidence. He is skilled in every phase of construction, knows the code, and never takes shortcuts which jeopardize the finished work, be it plumbing, electrical, painting, or remodeling/construction. Paul knows what tools to use and that makes all the difference in time required to do a job and the quality when it is done. Paul has built two storerooms for me, rebuilt a porch, I've seen balconies he has rebuilt, he's installed linoleum in several of my rentals, laid tile, remodeled a kitchen picking out beautiful cabinets, remodeled several bathrooms, put in a jetted tub, repaired water damaged sheetrock, texturing/painting (he's done lots of that for me), repaired a water leak in foundation wall, found where windows were leaking and repaired them, installed dining room fans, redid the ducting and installed bathroom fans where there were none, switched out all the old interior doors for 6-panel doors, installed mirrored sliders, installed vertical blinds and window blinds, opened the stairway wall to facilitate air circulation, squared the exterior storeroom doors so they closed properly, replaced all the exterior locks, replaced the interior door knobs installed recessed lights, hid all the wires in the wall behind the TV, he's a master at making molding look great and fixing the weird spots so they aren't noticeable. The tile around my fireplace I love--it is marble and stainless steel tiles we found at Lowe's--he picked it out. To coordinate, Paul used stainless steel tiles again and burgundy colored glass tiles (from Lowe's again) for the kitchen. It coordinates so well. And that is one thing Paul has--a good eye for decorating ideas. He's replaced toilets, sinks, vanities, you name it. Once he found a pin hole leak in the bathroom wall behind the toilet that no one else had been able to find. I'm rambling here trying to recall all the various projects he has done for me. One thing where Paul has been a great help is acting as a consultant. When I had water in my dining room he was very helpful in filtering what the various contractors told me so that they could not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He did the same with regard to slab jacking. Once [unnamed plumbing company] gave me a $3500 estimate to replace the pressure relief valve at the water meter, when I told Paul he steered me on the right path--the $600 path. He advised me when I had all the windows replaced in a triplex I owned. He did the same when I got a 40-year roof and new gutters. It is no small task painting a 3-story building and he supervised that too. Five stars aren't enough really. I've seen him manage a crew and I've seen him work alone. I probably left off some of the work Paul has done for me, he's my first choice for anything and everything to do with remodeling and new construction. It is too bad that my name and email are not shown with this recommendation because I would be happy to talk to you about the work Paul has done for me over the years. Since I'm an attorney, I can add, tongue in cheek, that I make this declaration under penalty of perjury under the laws of State of Washington . . .
"Handyman" Mike is awesome. I work for a very large restaurant in Seattle and it seems we always need something fixed whether it's a broken faucet, light bulb change, heat issue, paint chips, bathroom plumbing, you name it, he can fix it. I really like that I have someone I can always count on. I highly recommend Mike for your remodeling and handyman needs!
Called Go Long Plumbing for a problem with our toilet. Gary crawled under the house and discovered that the wax seal was leaking. He explained how I could fix it myself. "No charge," he said. "Call me back if you run into a problem fixing it." Great service. Thanks.
Had a great experience with Skylar. Tenant said there was a leak behind the toilet, but Skylar troubleshooted only to find the root cause was a leaking shower head that sprayed water on the floor and caused water to pool behind the toilet. He also suggested a shower guard so that it would better divert water from the door. He also did an inspection of the house and suggested new low flow toilets as the original ones are 30!years old and use lots of water. I will using Skylar avian to do these 2 tasks over the summer.
The H&L team did great work. They were spot on the estimate and got the work done in good fashion. Replaced/installed 2 toilets and put shower and tub faucets back in. Also replaced leaking utility sink faucet, tightened faucet in kitchen and fixed leaking trap and garbage disposal. Only one issue and that is cosmetic with white caulk around one toilet that strayed a bit out onto the red tile. I would recommend H& L.
We are a property management firm that's been hiring Keepe for our handyman needs for more than a year now. The quality of the work has always been excellent and preformed quickly. I've used them for the small stuff like toilet rebuilds and more complicated stuff like re-tiling showers and everything in between. I've always been very satisfied. I happily recommend Keepe.
Today was my first time to Use Bee's Plumbing. I had a rather urgent issue at one of my rentals. Since the rainy season started back there was a string smell of sewerage coming from a basement Toilet. I put the job on Thumbtack and within minutes I got a response from Melissa. Within 30 minutes I have 8 companies that contacted me about the job. I chose Bee's on a gut feeling as Melissa seemed to be so responsive, friendly & organized. She quickly called me back, set me up for an appointment at a time that suited me and as soon as we finished the call I got a text AND an email (which I love as I hate using paper), to confirm the appointment and also a Bio of Carlton the plumber. He arrived ahead of time, quickly assessed the issue, recommended a repair and once I approved, completed it and was done and gone within the hour. He was awesome. You hear stories of plumbing companies who just want to get the most $'s out of a customer, especially one who has no choice. Not Bee's, the total cost was the $99 call out charge. Bee's are my go to guys from this day on for my rentals & my home. Thank You Guy's!!!
Scott came to my home to remove an old over the stove hood vent and light assembly; which included the removal of it, the cleaning of the duct that vents through the roof, and then the installation of the brand new hood. He did a great job. He was on time and thorough and as an addition while on the roof, he threw in some time to clean out the gutters while inspecting the roof itself. I already have in mind a few more jobs for him. His rates are competitive plus he's a very nice guy.
Matt was great and really went above and beyond to help us get everything installed and taken care of. For an odd reason, our toilet didn't come with a seat but he helped us to hunt down a back ordered seat so that we didn't have to wait another 4-6 weeks. We would definitely use him again and plan to in the future.
This is the first time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Vortrex. They were prompt and very professional. Came out the very next day, picked up the new toilet, replaced the old toilet, supply line and turn-on/off valve. They even hauled the old one away. When Baldeep came to do the work, he explained in detail everything they were doing and why. He was pleasant to deal with and extremely clean, fast and a great deal. I will absolutely be calling them for all my plumbing! Thank you Vortrex.
i needed a toilet replaced .steve come over set the toilet and removed the old one .fast service and good value .will be calling him again for the down stairs bathroom .
