Fun, encouraging, informative HARD WORK!! Danny brings his energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and experience to our workouts. He has helped me learn proper technique while pushing me to perform far beyond what I thought I could do. I notice the results, not only in the gym, but in my daily life. I am in my late 50's and I am stronger than I was a year ago. My balance is better, and my attitude and confidence have improved.

I have worked with Danny since October of 2010. I was looking for someone who could help me, as a 40-something female, maintain the strength I need to continue serving as a volunteer firefighter. Danny always focuses on good form, on strengthening the whole body and on ensuring that I don't get injured. I am thrilled with the results to-date and look forward to what the future brings. If you want to gain strength, Danny is the right guy. If you want a foo-foo studio, this is not the right place.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with distinction (CSCS*D) member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) I am required to constantly enhance my knowledge and skills on a yearly basis.

My fees are not complicated and as of 09 February 2014 they are:
Each session normally runs between 50 and 60 minutes
General adult fees-$65.00 per month, 2 times per week
High school student fee-$55.00 per month, 2 times per week
One on one personal training
Ongoing, one on one program schedules, full email and phone support $100.00 per session.
Local taxes apply to all services

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My students and trainees in the gym who are preparing for their competitions or the ones adding or losing weight and realizing their goals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be a wise consumer. Learn as much as you can about the person who will be guiding you on your fitness and strength journey.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My enthusiasm for encouraging and helping them to be better in all areas of their lives by believing in themselves.
