- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on your background and career goals. Entry-level Resumes start at $99, Military Transition Resumes start at $129, (Mid-career) Professional Resumes start at $179, Technical Resumes start at $219, and Leadership Resumes start at $249. Executive Resumes (VP, C-level, and equivalent) are $349. I can also analyze your ideal job posting, identify the top qualifications and skills that your resume needs to highlight, and naturally integrate these keywords in your resume's content with a $49 Targeted Resume Upgrade fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GETTING STARTED. My unique, interactive process starts online with a short Introduce Yourself form and resume upload. If you don't have a resume, you will be directed to the Employment History Outline where you can provide the basic information I will need to create a resume from scratch. You then choose how we will proceed by completing an online questionnaire at your own pace or by scheduling a phone consultation to discuss your background and career goals in more detail. WRITING YOUR FIRST DRAFTS. Once your payment has processed, your first drafts will be ready for review by email in two business days (five business days for Executive Resumes). My first priority is to first create a document that will pass through Applicant Tracking software and into the hands of a decision-maker. I then focus on creating results-oriented content that is engaging to read, tells your unique story, and presents you as the best fit for your ideal job. COLLABORATING ON REVISIONS. This interactive process continues into a Priority Revision Period. Any revisions you request for the first five business days after receiving your first draft (ten business days for Executive Resumes) will be addressed and a revised resume will be ready for review within the next business day (within 48 hours for Executive Resumes). FINALIZING YOUR DOCUMENTS. I will continue to work with you on revisions after the Priority Revision Period until you are 100% satisfied with your resume. Any revisions requested after the Priority Revision Period will be addressed and a revised resume will be ready for review depending on my availability. Once you are satisfied with your resume content or if you have not provided any feedback during the Priority Revision Period, I will create and send your final documents. Your final resume will be provided in multiple file types: a Microsoft Word document, a PDF, and a Plain Text file. I will also include details on when to use each file type. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Once your final documents have been delivered by email, I will get started on any additional services you have purchased such as myBio Package or LinkedIn Plus. You can always purchase additional services through the Client Portal.

I have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business & Human Resource Management and became a Certified Professional Resume Writer in May 2015.
