I trained with Kristen at the La Jolla Sports Club for a year. Kristen was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to my goals, and helped me get in some of the best shape of my life. Each workout was different and incorporated strength training, yoga, flexibility, and cardio. Today I am confident walking into a gym and putting together my own workouts! I cannot recommend Kristen enough!

Josh is a generous yoga instructor who completely understands his students needs and comfort levels. He welcomes you with a warm smile, delivers gentle guidance when youre not hitting your mark and has an eclectic but fitting mix for music. The yoga was relaxing, but I was definitely sore the next day. He knows when a student is struggling or reaching the correct level and easily accommodates. Highly recommended.
Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.
Anu is one of the only Yoga Instructors I have recently met, who has deep knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda. Her passion for helping people is obvious by her actions. I encourage mindful spontaneity with a pinch of playfulness. I believe that yoga and bicycling greatly inform each other on both physical and mental level. Both are great tools for connecting people to their bodies and the present. I want to take my yoga out of the studio and put it on the bike path.
