Chris is an amazing teacher! I have been attending her yoga classes for several years now and I find her instructions very easy to follow and very motivating. She is very patient with her students and she is great at encouraging everyone to focus on their body in order to get the maximum benefit from the class. She is always professional and punctual. She keeps everyone informed of the schedule and the cost of her classes are very reasonable.

I make it a point to try and go to every class Athena teaches. I smile my way through the flow and the uncomfortable poses. Her assists take my next yoga class deeper into the postures. Always appreciated.

I have taken various yoga classes from Ellie Luna. She's bright and engaging and very skilled at yoga. She led me in a wonderful flow class that stretched and strengthened every part of my body. Her instructions are clear and coherent, and she pays personal attention to every student. After doing yoga for 30 years, I was finally able to stand on my head for the first time thanks to Ellie's help and support! I recommend her highly.

I decided to ask Pam for private yoga lessons after suffering lower back pain and shoulder tightness which was presumably caused by my 40 hr/week desk job. I am a novice yogi, and Pam took the time to listen to my goals and concerns about my body. Pam communicated in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that I would achieve these goals for myself, and she made me excited to start practicing more advanced yoga techniques. They have been excellent sessions and I highly recommend!!!

Suzanne is a one of a kind yoga teacher that delves deeply into the meaning of what she teaches and believes in. She always has the time and compassion to work with those that desire to understand how yoga can improve their lives. I was a student of hers in Maine for about 4 years. We were all so sorry to lose her to Seattle!!

I've been taking private yoga classes from Kari for several months now, and our time together has been far more valuable than my years attending different studios. Kari is an incredibly intuitive human and a gifted teacher – She believes in movement as self love. It always seems like she can tap into exactly what I need from a session before I figure that out myself! I have scoliosis, which I had surgery for when I was very young. This trauma has resulted in a lot of physical detachment, but through the specific kind of yoga that Kari shares, I've found my way back to feeling safe within my body and having the confidence to play. Kari personalizes our sessions in a way that respects my limitations but also gives me the courage to move freely and strengthen my whole body. You won't find a more authentic guide than Kari if you're looking for a special next chapter in your practice.

        About

Personalized, fun, and done with sprinkles of humor! What fun is life if we're always taking ourselves too seriously? All jokes aside though, proper alignment, muscle engagement and breathing are of paramount importance in this yoga practice. I have a strong interest in working with athletes and those who experience limited mobility.
