"Integrity West Home Improvement" truly lives up to its name. Delivering as they promised enabled us to overcome our suspicion of contractors and sales people, which we developed from previous bad experiences with other home improvement companies. From our first meeting with the owner and his representative regarding installing a new roof, to the finished product, we knew we were in good hands. In our initial meeting, the owner and his representative presented a variety of options, listened to our concerns, delivered samples of the different colors of roofing materials to help us with our final selection, set a date that was convenient for us to start work, employed skilled and polite workers, supervised the project, followed up to make sure we were pleased with the work, and provided a warranty that can be transferred one time to another party if we should decide to sell our house at some point. To top it off, this was all done at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be more pleased! It's a good feeling to know there's a trustworthy roofing and home improvement company out there. We're glad they provide services beyond roofing...we'll be calling them again!

I usually just dismiss anyone knocking on my door. The reps points were compelling enough to grab my attention. We arranged a time to meet and discuss my project. After being showed all credentials and documents I was impressed.I picked out the options I wanted. Agreed on a good price and they came back and did exactly what they said they would do. In todays world that's a rarity. Thank you for a job well done. If you get the chance to work with these guys I strongly recommend going with them.
