Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have been an accountant for 10 years. In this time I’ve found my passion is helping small business owners make heads and tails of their finances and growing their business. The services I provide to my clients include bookkeeping clean-ups, financials statements preparation, monthly on-going bookkeeping services, QuickBooks set-up and or training. I not only strive to get the numbers correct and every dime accounted for, but also, it’s imperative to me that I explain to my clients what those numbers mean and how that can help them grow their business.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a rate of $55.00/hour for all small business bookkeeping clients. As we establish a routine and job scope, we can set a monthly recurring fee. This will make it easier to plan and budget for bookkeeping costs accordingly.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Pre-pandemic I’ll usually have an information gathering call at a lunch or dinner place. This is to get to know the ins and outs of the business, what the financial/accounting/bookkeeping needs are, but also to get to know the business owner/prospective client. After the call, I’ll put together a proposal based on the needs we discussed and send it to the client. When the proposal is reviewed and changed have been made that satisfies everyone, and it’s been signed then a formal business relationship is started.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 10+ years of accounting work experience.
