- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour and I will give two bids for move out's or Move in's. Low bid could end up lower based on time it takes to do the job. High bid is the highest I will go. Example: If i bid 15 hours to do the job and it takes me 20, you pay for only 15 hours.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a perfectionist and I like the pace.
