I found Rachel by accident. I had a lot of lower back and shoulder pain and needed a good massage therapist right away. Boy, was I glad that I found Rachel. Aside from being an amazing person which is obviously an important quality when dealing with another human being, she is also someone I can trust. You are letting someone else to work on your body, finding the right person you can trust is a very important thing for me! I Ive been to quite a few massages both eastern and western and so far I like her style most. She is very knowledgeable about her stuff and she was always able to find the spots that triggered all the pain and make my body go back into alignment. I had lower back pain that sometimes stretches my thighs. No one was able to tell me exactly what caused them and Rachel identified the root cause for me which I was very grateful. I learned that before you go see a chiropractor, a lot of issues can be solved by a good massage if they were muscle-related. She has helped me speed up recovery from carpel tunnel syndromes two times now. I love a good deep massage (with pain) on my back and Rachel was always able to do that and my body felt incredibly loose and relax after that. And she cares about how my body feels afterwards and me personally. I always cant wait for the next session!!! If you are in the area, I highly recommend Rachel!

When I first met Rachel I had recently injured my back. My 5L disc had been damaged from over lifting! Causing a lot of lower back pain and numbness to both of my feet. Thank you Rachel for your extra effort to make me more comfortable. What a blessing

Rachel is amazing. I had the best massage of my entire life on my very fist visit to Rachel. She is an intuitive, kind-spirited, gracious healer. She did a thorough but not overwhelming intake, and really listened to my concerns. She did NOT talk during my session, which is exactly what I needed. Lovely. Magical. I am so grateful to have found Rachel.

Rachel demonstrates an artistic blend of body knowledge, perception, and intuition throughout her bodywork sessions; combining energy work prayer and good ol' hands on therapy, the session becomes more of a body and soul treatment. Her presence is very engaged throughout and very adept at choosing muscle specific treatments.

When I first met Rachel I was skeptical. I was in a car accident 3 years ago and my back was never the same. I tried massage therapy and saw a chiropractor to help alleviate the pain but never had any success. I also have severe headaches that last days. I never thought she would address all of my tension. Rachel is a goddess! Every time I go to see her I know I will have instant pain relief. I cant express it enough, you will just love her!
