- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full Service Moving -We supply a truck and helpers responsible for packing, assembly and load/unload. We have a 4 hour minimum for all full service moves. Rates start at 150.00 per hour for 2 helpers & Truck and 200.00 per hour for 3 helpers & Truck. All Full Service Moves time starts once were in route to your location and ends when we reach back to our base. Travel times can be calculated by using maps Labor Only - Packing/Unpacking or Load/Unload, Furniture Assembly Service-2 Hour minimum. Customer rents a truck we provide the loading, unloading, packing/unpacking and also furniture assembly. Rates start at 110.00 per hour for 2 helpers/2 hours additional Helpers are 55$ per hour. Delivery Services- Times starts once were in route to your location. Fees are 110.00 per hour and 20.00 per item. It includes basic furniture assembly. We do NOT hook up WASHER,DRYERS or Hang TVs, Paintings,Photos as were not insured for this extent of services. Junk Removal- Were not currently providing Removal services. Packing/Unpacking- @ 110.00 per hour 2 hour minimum. We will provide 2 helpers for the minimum of 2 hours. We will assist in completing your packing of boxes or we can assist with the entire Packing/Unpacking process. If you need assistance with Loading/Unloading a POD or Container we can help you with that too! Additional helpers 55$ per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make sure were on the correct path to providing a successful service, so usually our customers will receive a phone call to insure they have made contact with our company and they will be taking care of on their service date. Once that calls made we follow up with a text message requesting service details. When we have all necessary details we will follow up 24 hours before the selected service date to confirm the Time,Date,Addresses the services were providing along with company terms. Once that message is received and read we require a confirmation by the customer that all details are correct. This process has allowed Ohana Movers & Junk Removal LLC to provide 100s of successful services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To me the Education part of this industry is common sense although its uncommon to come across common sense individuals. Common sense to treat all items with respect and being carful of everything we do is the keys to success. As far as training goes this is a repetition industry so the more time you have in the field the more hands on training you will receive.
