They were absolutely great! Responded quickly to look and give an estimate. Arranged to do the job on the next day (a Saturday) and completed in great fashion, and cost was exactly on estimate (and very reasonable)! Loved working with them and would again.

He did a great job the pipe that went down from chimney to fireplace was Loose and dropping down from ceiling other people were saying I had To take out the chimney and patch roof it was getting so involved I couldn’t believe it it was so simple That is if you knew what you were doing. Being a senior I was afraid of being taken for a ride. Not to worry I would highly recommend ready remolded in the future yes I am having John do a few other tasks. John arrived on time and was clear in explaining the problems he noticed with my roof. He was fair in his pricing and checked on subsequent damage to my door casing, which he also repaired. He didn't over-inflate the problems, just corrected them. If that wasn't enough, he took time to make friends with my three dogs.

I offer flat pricing and hourly pricing. My Customers prefer flat pricing, because there are no surprises, and no cost overruns.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down and work out the details of what is wanted, and then I go get prices, work up a bid, and deliver it by email. If a project requires a visit to an Architect, I meet them there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
