Linnea shot my wedding this past July, and she surpassed all expectations! We asked for some "posed" shots, but wanted the majority to be candid, and the results were absolutely fabulous. She captured beautiful light, a wide array of people and scenes, and truly just blew us away with a beautiful assortment of photos that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Linnea was a pleasure to work with. She was kind, personable, professional, energetic, creative and patient with me & my boys. She was willing to travel to shoot on location locally vs inside. She offered poses/placements that would accentuate our family photos. I received my edited photos within an adequate time frame, I believe it was about a 2 week turn around with photo release so I was able to have my pictures printed at my store of choice. I would definitely recommend her as well as call upon her to take our family photos again. I give her a 5 Star Recommendation.May 2, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to be flexible and customize packages for my services, based on their budget. Depending on the circumstances I may allow a half payment to be made upfront, and then I will wait to send the final product until I receive the remainder of the payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After introducing myself, I like to get to know the customer, usually by phone call to discuss the details of the project. I like to express gratitude even if I don't end up getting the job. I do this not only because it is polite, but they may have friends in need of photography or videography in the future, and may make a referral for them to come to me for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I possess a BA in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology, which over the years has been very helpful in the field of customer service, most notably while I worked as a Manager Trainee/Manager Associate at a car rental company over the course of 11 years (I recently resigned to pursue my business full-time). Also, I've attended multiple CreativeLive trainings in Seattle, where I have sharpened my Photography/Videography skills from some of the best Adobe Photoshop and Premiere teachers from around the world. Most recently, I finished up a quarter of Digital Filmmaking school at Olympic College, which taught me quite a lot about acting, directing, producing, scriptwriting, and post-production.
