We met Jaida through a referral program as we wanted to work with a person that would be familiar with the area we were moving into. She sent us all the homes in the area to review and would show us all the homes that we wanted to see and would also show us the homes that we found on our own. We were looking at homes that were in a very competitive price range and found it very difficult to get an accepted offer. Jaida stuck with us though and after about 8 months we finally found what we were looking for. We would highly recommend Jaida to anyone that would be looking in her area and if we ever sell the home that she helped us find we would use her as the listing agent.
