Introduction: Often times the only way you know if you hired a great contractor is when you do have a problem. It may be a day after completion or a year. That is always a tough call to make because you hope, as a customer, that the company you hired will not only remember you, but will answer your call and be as diligent in fixing the problem as they were about getting paid. That is one of the reasons we put our name on the line. We are a family owned company. We have been a local family for over one hundred years and have a heritage of providing services since that time. Although we do get calls for repairs from time to time, as anyone does, we have built our business on being accessible and honoring our craftsmanship. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront pricing. With our experience we typically give a client proposals that encompass the entire project and very rarely do we have to issue change orders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the clients needs is important for us to determine if our expertise and equipment are the proper fit for the task. The project and the owner need to be a good fit. The best first step is to meet a client onsite after receiving the plans, If Available, and go over them in person. this initial step is important to building rapport.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certification for Sewer installation, HazMat certification, confined space, competent person, HazMat supervisory certification and licensing for Underground Storage Tank removal and disposal. Hess oil and gas safety training, H2S gas training, MSHA and OSHA training.
