Introduction: Oh my goodness hey guys!!! My name is Amberlyn and I am a Bio Major turned Freelance photographer. I know what you’re thinking, “What does a biologist know about photography?” It all started on an extravagant trip to Central America with a couple of my girl friends, where a seed was planted and really never lost its footing. Since then, I have approached every shoot with spirit, creativity, and so much LOVEEEEE!!! For me a photoshoot is more than just simply standing and snapping a photo. It is seizing the energy and light given off by my clients by spinning around, running in place awkwardly, rolling around in a big open field. Moving in any and every weird way possible to get the authenticity, happiness and magic a photo can portray.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a 50$ deposit for smaller shoots and then price the day of for how long you are wanting to shoot for!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have an idea of what you are looking for, the first process is to book on my website for the shoot you want! Once you book it will charge you a 50$ deposit and then I get a contract written up with all the details for day of for us to both sign. After that I check in as time gets closer to make sure we are still all good to go! Very simple
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a few courses online for editing, poses, and lighting when I first started out!
