90 minute massage appointment. The best massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Tyler was prompt, professional and accomodating. His knowledge of functional anatomy and how to thereby apply massage techniques for optimum results was impressive. By far the most in-touch massage therapist I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Took care of a bad neck problem effectively and efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased.

Nicole Gatchell has been our Massage Therapist for some years now. She has definitely been helpful to us, especially my wife's hip and leg pain. Nicole is friendly, puts you at ease, and, most importantly, I can truly say that both of us have always felt better after one of her treatments.

I started training with Tim Koffler 8 years ago, yes, EIGHT years ago. Before, I had worked with others trainers, but Tim proved to be the best by far. He introduced exercises that I did not think i'd be capable of doing. He encouraged me to go for them and I learned how to trust him and his judgement. Tim changed the routines all the time to keep me challenged, prevent boredom and see the results I wanted. I can honestly say I would not be in the shape I'm in without Tim. He is demanding and creative. He is always ready with new ideas; always willing to adjust workouts. He has an eye for my strengths and weaknesses (of which there are quite a few). Training is not always fun, but Tim knows that. He is patient when it seems necessary, supportive and very knowledgeable. A few years ago, Tim also became a Licensed Massage Therapist. That extra knowledge of the body and its functions is priceless. He can "diagnose" problems during training; give expert advice and he offers massage therapy if needed. I love the workout sessions with Tim. He pushes me harder than I would ever do myself. He is easy going and reliable and became a good friend after all these years. A great trainer like Tim is such a pleasure. It's a commitment I made to stay healthy and in shape; and it's a commitment on his side, too. I will continue training with him as long as I'm able to lift a 2-pound dumbbell!

I injured my back in a way only a 46 year old can. Pulling on a tight fitting boot! Tweaked my back and was immediately stuck in the stooped over position, heading to the couch for the rest of the day. I wasn't any better the next day. This is when Vadim stepped in. I admit I am brand new in the idea of Chinese Medicine, as I grew up very much under the "Western Medicine is Supreme" banner. Vadim is a neighbor so he knew I was not doing well. He asked if I wanted treatment so I agreed, not having any idea what the treatment would be like. Vadim is very serious about his work, but makes you feel at ease, and you know you are in very capable hands. The treatment was about an hour, which entailed focused heat therapy on the injured area, followed by cupping to bring blood to the injured area, followed by acupuncture. The same evening I felt markedly better, and by the next day almost well. By the evening of the second day I was back to normal and feeling great. And not a pain pill or x-ray required! It was an amazing experience and an amazing healing. Call on Dr. Vadim. He is a great healer who will be able to help you, the natural way!

Kristen did a wonderful job during the prenatal massage. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first experience at an in-home spa/massage, but it was just as relaxing. She had soft music playing, dimmed lights, and lovely scented (and non) massage oil/lotion. I have had a prenatal massage with my first pregnancy at a very expensive spa, and Kristen definitely had them beat. She helped make sure I was comfortable with pillows as I adjusted from side to side. Pressure was great- and massaged muscles I had no clue were even sore. Walked away feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Would highly recommend to other pregnant mama's!

Sarah is an extremely intuitive practitioner. With fibromyalgia, it is difficult to find someone who balances the pain in my muscles with the restorative healing of a good massage. Sarah is exceptional at balancing these issues and providing me with relief at every visit. I highly recommend her!!

Jaclyn has great hand movements that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She asked me what I wanted her to work on (my lower back & shoulders) & it was exactly what I was looking for. She is polite, clean, considerate, focused, understanding, warm hands, knowledgeable, & professional. I would highly recommend going to her in the future and I look forward to getting my next one soon.
