- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is based on square footage of the home or business that is having issues, as well as type of pest, and the complexity or severity of the pest issues. Your feedback -- what you're seeing, hearing, etc. is very important in this process. In order to give you the most accurate price, in the vast majority of cases we will send out an experienced WSDA licensed inspector to perform a free inspection of your home or business, including crawl space and attic areas. Then, rather than proceeding with a high-pressure sales pitch, we offer solutions tailored to your specific problem. If you qualify, there are senior, pre-pay, and multiple service discounts available. In the end, even if you decide to do nothing or use another company, you will have received a high-quality inspection by a licensed pest management professional that you can use to improve your chances for success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After an initial contact from a prospective customer through Thumbtack, they will be contacted through thumbtack, via email or phone. If we verify that there is likely a pest problem, we'll attempt to devise the best solution for that particular setting with the customer's input. We like to view the customer relationship as more than just company/customer but a partnership to solve pest problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? We're consistently doing in-house training and attending outside classes and seminars to stay in tune with the latest treatment techniques, research, behavior and biology of pests. Our field technicians routinely exceed state requirements in continuing education. There is no such thing as too much education!
