We had a very good experience working with Sentinel Pest Control. They were able to accommodate us the very next day after we reached out to them to help us with our wasp nest problem. They offered us a free inspection as well and were thorough in their inspection. They were very professional and helped explain everything we wanted to know.

We had used a previous pest control company and their billing or ability to contact them was horrible. So when we moved to Puyallup Sentinal was one of the local companies with good recommendations and we have been happy with them. From the customer service standpoint they blow the previous company out of the water. The emails showing a picture of the technician who will be servicing you is great too. They have kept us pest free and we recently had ants pop up on between our visits and they were out there within a few days to take care of them.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We will typically offer a free inspection so we can accurately diagnose the problem and come up with a game plan that is tailored to each customer's unique situation. We offer a military and senior discount to show appreciation to those that serve/d and to our senior citizens.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Communication is key! At Sentinel we start by conducting a free inspection of the property and providing a proposal based on our findings. Your inspector will go over all the details in length and then give you a quote based on your situation.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our inspectors and technicians are licensed through the Washington State Department of Agriculture and are required to continue their education. Our team takes state-accredited classes every month to stay up on the latest techniques and procedures in order to provide our clients with the best protection possible.
