- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated I try to be aware of the market and what prices are being charged and my overhead is low so I try to be 10 to 15 percent less than the competition. I still have to maintain a fare and equitable profit in order to stay in the business that Im in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and No you don't have to have much more than lots of years of good solid experience and be able to show what you have done. That pretty much says what you see is what you will get. and good customer service really helps.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent 27 years working as a Technical Design Illustrator for Boeing and I helped run the big sign shop for 8 years so I have lots of experience with vendors and products to do the job right. The drawing talent and expertise acquired from over 25 years of fine art and technical drawing hours.
