FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly - If your not learning everyday, your falling behind.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Simple. All my friends and family kept asking me for help when they were buying and selling homes, it only made sense :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Sellers - Don't choose an agent based on their commission. It's about the competency and strategy. A good agent will make you more money! - If one agent tells you they can sell your home for significantly more then 4 other agents told you, they are either lying or stupid, either way, avoid them like the plague. Buyers - You need to see at least 10 properties in person to know what you want/don't want. - Once you find 'the one' don't hesitate, it will be gone if you wait. - Mortgage Pre Approval is critically important.
