Jonathan Copley is a business owner's best friend and ally. I have never seen a consultant who so quickly and nimbly gets to the heart of any matter. His background in corporate global, combined with his many years of experience working with start-ups and other firms gives him a base that most don't have. I recently presented him with a scenario for a new alliance for my business. Within a minute, he assessed what I had said and gave me feedback and I put to use immediately, saving me MONTHS of research and thousands of dollars. Where do I begin?? Crystal is a life saver! I honestly don't know where I'd be without Humberto! I began seeing him last summer to help me build my business (I'm a small female business owner who had hit a wall of sorts) I knew I needed to expand but, I was just too intimidated. Humberto and I worked through a few of my insecurities within a matter of weeks! Now, I return to see him for everything ranging from childhood grievances to daily eating habits.     When we first started the company, we never thought business growth and hiring employees could be scarier than not growing at all. Just like any other business owner, we were very hesitant to hire employees due to the cost and liability we have to take on. I didn’t want to spend more money and tried to do hiring and payroll myself, only to find out that there are so many regulations I have to know and tasks I don’t have time to do. Instead of growing our business and getting work off my plate, I ended up stressed and unable to complete anything due to all the hiring mistakes and mandatory regulations we have to comply. The Barbelo Group was highly recommended by several members of the Seattle and SLU Chamber of Commerce. I felt very relieved after our first conversation with their team. These people know their stuff! They knew right away what needed to be done. They are very strategic in their approach, meaning they walk us through the process, gave us options and explained the pros and cons of each of our decisions. One of the best things about the Barbelo Group is that they provide most of the administrative work that needs to be done or they already have a great working relationship with other providers that we don’t need to research and look for other vendors to keep our company going.     Ok, This guy knows what he's doing. I've been getting coached by Matt for about 2 yrs now as a private client. He walks the walk, not just talks the talk. He used to work at Costco back in 2000, he quit & started his own business. Now he has several. I know other coaches (tried 2 of them) that charge twice as much, but I'm telling you they knew less than 25% of what Matt does. I prepay with him, because I know his prices will be going up, once people figure out what he has accomplished with his own life and in teaching a few others so far.. Only thing I need to get better at is the retention of the info he gives me. I forget half of it, so suggest bringing notes or a tape recorder to your online or in person session.
