I have had Michael work on my computers since 2005 and have never thought of using anyone else since. It is hard to find someone with integrity, knowledge of computers and the understanding of time sensitivity in one person. Before that time, I literally had 'melt down' when anything went wrong with one of my computers. When it comes time to have 'anything' fixed with my computers, whether it can be fixed in person or by remoting in, I would not even think of calling anyone except Mike Tucker. Thank you Mike for all of your years of putting up with my goofy messes on my computers. You can rest assured that it if can be fixed promptly, effectively, and reasonably - he can do it! I have recommended him time and again and my whole extended family have used him for years.

Mike is always quick to respond whenever we have a computer problem. My wife runs a life insurance business and without good IT support from time to time she would be loosing money. Mike is very good at what he does and is able to zero in on a problem and a solution very quickly. We appreciate his support as is worth every penny.

I’d still be in the dark ages if not for Mike! He arrived at my home on the arranged date and time, then I discussed what I was looking for and if my PC system was up to the updates and what the updates and labor time would be. Michael and I as a team discussed what the process should be, all along I never felt oversold or undervalued, I’d say everything was just right. When the parts were in, Michael came and picked up my PC and then in a few days it was back up and running much improved. Adding a new SSD was probably the easy job for Mike but reloading all my programs and files so I could find and use them took a lot of time I’m sure. Only a few items needed to be found but I couldn’t do it so Mike came over after a long day, dark and wet, he came and spent a 1 1/2 hr And did the work pro bono. I’ll recommend T4 computers/Michael Tucker anytime, I know just enough about computers to use them but nothing about how they work or operate, well just enough to be dangerous to my computer, it’s great to be able to call Mike and know you’ll get great honest work at the right price.
