Katy Payne was beyond wonderful. She met with my husband and in the weeks before. She asked a lot of questions, knew our story well and confirmed a lot with us to make us feel at ease. Katy talked about herself a little bit to make us feel like family and allow us to feel comfortable. Katy was on time (even got there before me!) and was always filming. She caught so many special moments and I still literally cry every time I watch it. She really made something that I will cherish forever. She took the direction I gave and seriously made it more than I could have ever asked for.
