Efficient. Timely. Thorough. Design Savvy. Honest. Any of the above words would be a perfect description for Brock and his crew. After being burned by previous contractors, we were hesitant to reach out to anyone when we realized our shower was leaking into the kitchen below. Taking a leap of faith, we contacted Sound Tile & Grout. Brock answered the phone immediately and set up an estimate for the very next day. Upon his visit, he confirmed the tile was beyond saving (as we feared!) and presented some tile design ideas. The pricing seemed fair - a significant discount on the tile was offered to my husband and I if we were to pick up the tile ourselves, which was a welcome savings! After we approved the project, we were scheduled about two weeks out. The start date was never postponed, which I am very grateful for as I have a very tight schedule. Things moved pretty quick! The first day involved Brock and an assistant removing and preparing the shower in anticipation for the tile setter who was to arrive the next day. The tile setter was very kind, I felt no reason to feel uncomfortable when I left him alone for a few hours to run some errands. The actual tile work itself is immaculate - the tile setter is a true artist. Our shower was completed in a matter of days. During this time, Brock visited the tile setter several times to ensure there were no issues and that everything was running smoothly. While I don't believe it was ever necessary, I do feel we were very well taken care of in that respect. Overall, I wish that I could provide more than 5 stars. I will certainly be contacting Sound Tile & Grout for our future tile needs.Oct 13, 2015

What a wonderful experience! Great communication--quick, efficient and friendly. The team that did the work was nice, and did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them, and hire them again. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process generally begins with Brock, our senior project manager, providing a free in-home estimate to discuss their tile needs. After that visit, typically 1-3 days later, the new customer receives our proposal and upon approval, scheduling timelines are discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have been involved in the tile servicing and installation business for over twenty years. Our ratings, reviews and pictures across the internet speaks for our quality of work.
