Jorge did a great job! He was very helpful fixing the valleys on my tile roof. My 'retired' neighbor watched the whole process and was so impressed he is having Jorge clean his roof!
Couldn't be better. Always on time, communicated as necessary, did a tremendous job cleaning and repairing our tile roof - above and beyond the call of duty. Would recommend to anyone.
I'm the Clerk of my church, and Corey is cleaning the interior -- all regular cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, entry floor tile) as well as washing all interior relites and windows. He is thorough, great attention to detail, quick, efficient, versatile and comes with a love of whatever he is doing and desire to satisfy the customer. I would highly recommend him to any business or homeowner.
Brian came the day after I called him, and did a great job. Results were guaranteed, and he obviously new his stuff. I highly recommend him if you need help with a skylight, or any other roofing construction project
Nice experience. Work was first class. Electrical and Masonry. Very honest. Quick. Hard working. He is a bargain. I am still using him for some roofing projects.
Quality work for fair prices. Igor installed laminate flooring in my front room and hallways and it looks great. If you need someone reliable to install flooring I would recommend Igor.
We are really happy with the performance and quality of the work that Hawaiian Construction, LLC performed for our fire rebuilt home in Sammamish! The owner Robert and his team did a great job within the time line. Robert had negotiated with our insurance company many times and doubled our original costs to insure that all repairs were completed properly the first time and brought it up to code. They upgraded our cabinetry and Granite Counter tops without additional costs. The cabinets that were originally there was Particle Board Type or avg. Cabinets. We got High Grade Plywood Box Cabinets. So if there is ever a water leak these cabinets should not get damaged and they will dry out. If they were what was there Particle Board type of cabinets, they would swell up and need to then be replaced. The Granite Counter Tops which was upgraded to the 1-1/4" thick slab type of stone versus the 3/4" type that was there and Robert also included all Granite tops in all bathrooms with under mounted sinks which we had just laminate counter tops and surface mounted sinks in. Robert did a lot of upgrades which includes the exterior deck as well, he never gave up on our house and made sure everything was replaced including the Furnace and all the duct work when the insurance company just wanted to clean it up, we also got all new flooring and all new siding on the home. Robert upgraded the flooring in the Kitchen, family Room area to engineered Flooring when we had Laminate Type flooring, new tile at entry and fireplace. Robert did get the insurance company to replace the entire roof system because of the faulty truss system which the insurance did not want to do until Robert told them that he would bring in a engineer to prove what he found out, then to work with the adjuster who was under half of what it should of been to complete the job. If you ever have a claim, there is no doubt you can count on Robert who has your best interest in his mind at all times! We sincerely appreciate all your hard work and dedication, Robert!
We are selling our home and needed some minor repairs and moss removal on our concrete tile roof. Justin and team were super professional and got the job scheduled and completed quickly. Highly recommended!
We hired John and Kevin to take out our old kitchen right down to the subflooring and to put in a new kitchen including cabinets, countertops, ceramic tile floor, tile backsplash, range hood with duct work through ceiling and roof, all new appliances with all the associated plumbing and electrical. John and Kevin are a one-stop shop; they know how to do it all and do it to perfection. The only part of the kitchen that they did not do themselves was to install the quartz countertops. That made life simple for us. Moreover, we counted a lot on their experience and expertise in the design of our kitchen, especially the selection of materials. The result was a much better outcome than we would have had otherwise. What we most appreciated about John and Kevin is that they took the opportunity provided by the kitchen remodel to correct longstanding plumbing and electrical problems in the basement below the kitchen, upstairs above, and in the dining/living room. This saved us money (not having to hire someone else for that additional work) and eliminated the need to break into walls outside one kitchen wall. John and Kevin were very attuned to our desires and made suggestions along the way that allowed the project to proceed smoothly, swiftly and keeping costs down. Overall, great job!
Mr. Mcshane is very professional and knowledgeable about all types of roofing and construction. He is at the top of our list of "go to guys" when we have calls from our tenants. His pricing is the best we have found so far and scheduling fits right in with our needs. I have no hesitation in recommending him for all your needs!
We contracted with Faast to paint the exterior of our house, garage and shed. This was on very short notice, since we were racing to get it finished before the rains came and put it up for sale. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and had some great suggestions. His crew worked efficiently and was always pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Faast Painting!
I am highly impressed with Layne's work. Even though I had a small roofing job, it had some details that other roofers would have passed on to sub contractors: chimney repair, soffit and fascia work, and reinstalling my gutters which have years left of service life. Good communication, job site supervision and follow through. Very satisfying to have a high quality roofing project completed by one contractor.
We recently had Tek-Line Roofing replace our 21 year old roof with a beautiful Lifetime warranted roof. We asked 5 roofing contractors for quotes and received 4. Tek-Lines quote was in the high middle but the professionalism displayed by Tek-Line and Adam, the sales representative, was the clincher. Adam arrived as scheduled, in a clean, well-marked van. He had a professional appearance and a smile. Adam listened and noted all of our requirements and explained the whole process. He guided us through the material selection from shingle construction to types of venting. He got on the roof, took all measurements and inventoried all of the materials we would need and before he left, we had a detailed quote with all work spelled out and with material catalogs and warranty information in-hand. We were then contacted by Neil who set up the roofing day. Four days before the install, he called and advised us of the delivery of all materials and the placement of the dumpster. He went over the process again and made sure our questions were answered. But the most important and impressive part was the tear-off and installation. Tek-Lines 3 man crew was on time and turned a 4 day job into a 3 very-long day job. They moved all of our potted plants out of the way, tarped everything and at the end of each day cleaned up everything off the ground. I watched some of the roofing process and was very impressed with the detail in the assembly of our new roof. From the tear-off, the installing of the underlay and flashing to the high quality shingles, all was good. At the end, all of the plants and outside furniture was replaced to their original locations. That night, it rain lightly. It was a nice end to a great experience. Replacing a roof is a huge expense and the future value of your home depends on excellent materials and professional installation. We got that from Tek-Line.
I have called Keepe on several occasions for the condos I manage. They have done jobs big and small, including roof and gutter cleaning and repairs, door repair, and interior drywall repair. The bid process is easy and they are always able to start the job quickly. When the invoice comes in the price is great. The best part is that my clients are happy.
I hired Derek to perform a remodel to open up a closet area and frame a new door way to my garage and then wall off the existing door way to my garage. Derek and his team did an amazing job creating the new entrance, closing off the old one, finishing the drywall and making it ready to paint. The quality of the work was excellent and during the work they would always put floor paper down and plastic coverings surrounding the work area in order to keep my house as clean as possible. Derek also went out of his way to make sure I got the proper finishing trim that matched the existing trim in my house. Derek and his team was always very courteous, and Derek is a perfectionist, always making minor corrections and taking an extra effort to make sure things looked just right and making sure my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work. I would certainly hire Derek again for another project.
Brett has done numerous jobs for me. I own multiple tenet residences in the Seattle area. He has done a lot of different things. Lots of plumbing, electrical. He built a 450 ft cedar fence this summer for my son's house in Enumclaw. I have had nothing bad happen, and all my tenants seem to like him. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I don't really have a lot of pictures, just one from earlier today. He put in a new kitchen cabinet, sink, disposal.
Specialty Roofing was professional and did quality work. They were on time and efficient. Charles didn't try to upsale me and was very informative on what was priority and what could wait. I would definitely recommend him and will be using this company in the future!
Chad did an all around awesome job fixing the leak in my roof! The very first time he came out, he brought along a moisture reader to check the levels in the room and get a good idea of how extensive the damage was. He took measurements of everything, and provided a detailed quote within the next day. He also met on site with my insurance adjuster to go over the entire scope of repairs. This made filing the claim much, much easier since all parties were on the same page up front. Throughout the entire project, the room was "fenced off" with plastic to keep all the mess contained. The floor repair, drywall and painting were all done top notch. I would hire All About The Sound for any future repair projects or home improvement.
This company has been one of the best group of guys I have ever worked with and hired, from the first correspondence online to the salesman to the installation crew. I would have given them 5 stars but cleanup could have been better; after they finished I spent some time cleaning outside and inside leftover debris. However, I have to point out that they did use tarps to protect my floors, so for that I was very grateful. Other than the debris the whole process from learning about the company, seeing the products, being listened to about my specific project details, and having all my questions answered, was all excellent and I am very happy with my choice of Innova & Clear NRG.
Harry was a delight to work with. We met in September of 2012 when we asked to inspect our roof. I knew our roof was in need of repairs and happily agreed. Harry was very thorough in his inspection, and very patient in walking us through it. The need to fix the roof inspired us to tackle a long panned expansion of our upstairs. Though this delayed the roof for some time, Harry was very patient with us. Along the way, Harry helped us iron out some billing disagreements with the other contractors on the project. When it was time for the roof itself, work was completed in a single long day. Afterwards Harry continued to be available to answer questions where other parts of the project impacted on the roof. He found gutter people that could fulfill my wife's desire for rain barrels. Throughout, Harry would make a strong argument for best materials and practices while avoiding needlessly pricey alternatives. When I realized I had some unrealized tax benefits from the project several months later, Harry promptly replied to my request for some additional documents. He has stopped by to check on the roof, and we are always delighted to see him. My final verdict: I threw a surprisingly complicated project at Harry and he performed brilliantly.
Scott did a fantastic job. He gave me a very fair estimate for multiple projects from fixing my fence, fixing a door, fixing a light, power washing my house, cleaning the moss off my roof and adding a zinc strip. He went above and beyond and did some extra things that came up on the projects. I will be hiring him for more projects!
