Total Body Movement

Introduction: I am an independent contractor, with a focus on fitness in motion. By utilizing a variety of services, skills and experiences, I work with individuals and groups of all ages. I administer DJ services for weddings, company parties, school dances, private parties, and celebrations. I direct dance and martial arts choreography for presentations at private gyms, country clubs, sporting events, fundraisers, and private demonstrations. I edit and rearrange music for said presentations. I provide small and large group dance gymnastics and martial arts instruction for adults and children. I train individuals for competitive fitness competitions. I design, manage, direct contracts and performances for dance teams. I accommodate nutritional counseling through Isagenix. I help produce fun celebrations and breakthroughs of fitness in motion for individuals.
