Very friendly and was professional about the fixing. He also did inspection of things around the water heater although I hired him only to replace expansion tank and cleaned the burner. He also inspected the nest thermostat installed and gave tips on heater maintenance etc. overall very knowledgeable and easy to work with! His charged less than half the cost of other Hvac companies to do this expansion tank fix

I just moved into my house a couple months ago started to have some issues with my 20 year old furnace. I contacted Sergui to do an annual service and to let me know if anything else needed to be repaired/replaced. I knew I needed a new condensate pump, which I wanted to buy and see if Sergui could install for me. Sergui suggested which would would be best to buy and installed it for me free of charge. He was also able to replace a part of the furnace that was about to expire. And he double checked my installation of my Nest thermostat. Sergui talked me through the different parts of my furnace that I may need to keep an eye on, as well as talked me through my options when I am ready to replace it. He was very thorough and thoughtful, and gave me peace of mind that my furnace will last through the rest of this winter. And when I am ready to replace, I will he contacting Sergui. Highly recommend! Thank you again, Sergui!
