Been working off n on with trainers for a while. Carly has been amazing to work with. She did an excellent job at listening to my goals and jumping into a fitness program to get me there. She takes feedback well during training and has a great intuition on how much to pull back or ramp up. Her ability to consistantly pull the best out of you while giving you the space to breathe and listen to your body is rare in a trainer. Can't recommend her enough, Absolutely worth every penny 👍

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I typically like to see clients for 3 months at a time. This gives us time to really get to the root of issues, heal and help shift their mindset. Real and permanent changes start to take place the longer we work together. We will have an initial meeting to go over the client's health history, goals and current issues, then meet weekly from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a BS in Exercise and Sport Science through the University of Utah with a minor in nutrition. I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, as well as NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been very passionate about health, wellness and fitness. I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah at the foot of the mountains, so my family was always active doing something outdoors. I went to the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in nutrition, then continued on to get a health coaching certification and personal training certification.
